This position will interact with cross‑functional teams including facilities, global security, Travel, Meetings and Events. You will support the Field Program Manager and work alongside the Business and Education team to support regional outreach activities.
Your Responsibilities- Manage regional calendar of events
- Collaborate with B&E stakeholders to provide events management support including planning and logistics execution for workshops and events
- Support in budget management and quotation processing for programs
- Organise event communication materials (invites, myEvents registration, post event resources)
- Deliver post event surveys and reports for activities conducted to ensure we consistently deliver to our objectives
- Review processes for the team and make recommendations to improve efficiency and enhance team communication
- Bachelor’s Degree in Event Management or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience in planning meetings, incentives, conventions, conferences and/or special events
- Experience in customer relationship management
- Strong event management background
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Problem-solving skills with a positive, solution-oriented approach
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- CMP/PMP certification preferred
- Familiarity across Apple hardware, software and services

- Plan and arrange necessary sales associates, as well as order and pack all required fixtures and Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM) for the atrium.
- Collaborate with team leaders and drivers to ensure all atrium needs are met.
- Prepare essential items such as stock cards, notebooks, pens, cable ties, cutters, and tape for use during the event.
- Work alongside sales associates, drivers, and team leaders to set up and tear down the atrium, ensuring product displays and stock are ready before the event.

- ITE or Diploma in Events Management.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience.
