We are now looking for a Project Director to lead AdrenalinX into its next phase of growth. You will oversee a team of Project Managers, Executives, and Associates, champion client excellence and retention, and be accountable for the division's commercial performance and year-on-year growth. This role reports directly to the Group Managing Director and given the nature of the industry, will occasionally require weekend work.
What You'll Own
- Lead the Division: Oversee and develop a team of Project Managers, Executives, and Associates, working closely with creative and production teams
- Champion Client Excellence: Build long-term trust by delivering high standards of service, proactive solutions, and consistent results.
- Drive Commercial Growth: Own divisional P&L and ensure sustainable profitability with year-on-year growth.
- Strengthen Operations: Implement clear processes and workflows that enable efficiency, consistency, and scalability.

Who You Are
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience specifically in the events industry.
- Demonstrated track record of driving year-on-year revenue growth and scaling client portfolios
- Must have led inhouse teams in the past
- Experience handling government projects will be a plus
- Strong commercial acumen with full P&L oversight, able to balance strategic vision with operational detail
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders, resolve challenges, and lead high-stakes conversations
- People-driven and outspoken, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Collaborative leader who thrives on cross-functional teamwork and can align diverse teams towards a common goal
