Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and manage marketing campaigns that align with the company's goals and target audience.

What You’ll DoContent & Social
- Plan monthly content calendars; post to Instagram & TikTok (Feed, Reels, Stories).
- Reply to comments/DMs across brand accounts and keep the tone on-brand.
Video Creation
- Shoot short-form content in-store; edit in CapCut or Premiere Pro with hooks, captions, and on-brand text.
Design
- Create posters/menus/IG Stories in Canva (Adobe Ps/Ai is a plus) for online and in-store screens.
Campaigns
- Support promos, openings, collabs, and KOL/influencer invites; prepare simple briefs and deliverable checklists.
Reporting
- Track weekly metrics (reach, saves, shares, ER, profile visits, messages, link clicks/bookings) and suggest improvements.
Ads (nice to have)
- Set up/monitor simple Meta/TikTok ads (boosts, objectives, audiences, UTM links).
- Strong short-form video skills (shoot + edit) for IG/TikTok.
- Canva proficiency; good eye for layout, typography, and brand consistency.
- Clear written English ; organized, fast, detail-oriented.
- Comfortable filming in restaurants and working across multiple brands .
- Basics in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator .
- Experience with Meta/TikTok Ads and Google Sheets/Docs .
- Korean language or strong interest in Korean food/culture.
