Key Responsibilities:
1. Commercial Ownership & NRR Growth
- Own the Portfolio P&L: You are responsible for the financial health of your client base. Your primary KPI is achieving 100%+ Net Revenue Retention (NRR) by balancing retention (Gross Revenue Retention) with aggressive expansion revenue.
- Proactive Expansion: Systematically identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. You will use data signals (e.g., high traffic/low conversion) to pitch solutions like CRO or unexpected growth in one channel to diversify into others (e.g., SEO to Paid Social).
- Productised Selling: Leverage our service tiers and add-on modules to reduce sales friction and constantly upgrade client engagements.
2. Strategic Consultancy & ROI Communication
- C-Level Business Partnership: Move beyond day-to-day execution updates. You must understand your client’s business model, revenue targets, and competitive landscape.
- High-Value QBRs: Lead Quarterly Business Reviews that function as strategic workshops, not just past-performance reports. You will set future goals and align our roadmap with the client’s 12-month business objectives.
- Translate Metrics to Money: You will stop reporting on "clicks" and start reporting on business impact. You must be able to calculate and articulate ROI, Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) to CFOs and CEOs.
3. Client Health & Retention
- Early Warning System: Monitor leading indicators of churn (e.g., declining engagement, change in stakeholders, etc) and intervene proactively before a cancellation request is made.
- Account Value Vision: Create and maintain a 12-24 month "Value Vision" roadmap for every key account, ensuring the client always sees the next step in our partnership.
What We Need From You:
Experience & Skills
- 3+ Years in Digital Agency or SaaS Customer Success: proven experience managing high-value portfolios. Experience with NRR/Net Retention targets is a massive plus .
- Consultative Sales DNA: You are comfortable negotiating contracts, discussing budgets, and "asking for the sale" when you know it will help the client succeed.

The Opportunity
You'll own GetSolar's Singapore and Malaysia social media presence end-to-end — strategy, content, publishing, and performance. - Develop and execute a social media strategy for the Singapore market, identifying the right formats, posting cadence, and content angles to grow our audience
- Plan, script, film, and edit short-form and long-form video content that brings the Singapore solar journey to life from homeowner testimonials, product explainers, and day-in-the-life content
- Shape homeowner stories into compelling video case studies from customer outreach and scripting through to publishing and tracking performance
- Stay ahead of social and video trends across TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts and bring fresh ideas to the table consistently
- Track and report on social media and video performance metrics such as reach, engagement, watch time, follower growth and use the data to iterate
- Build and manage GetSolar’s Telegram community - growing membership, running a content calendar, and keeping the channel active and valuable for homeowners and prospects
- Support the marketing team on ad hoc projects across campaigns, partnerships, and brand activations as the business scales
Your Credentials
- Penultimate or final-year undergraduate student graduating in 2026/2027
- A genuine passion for social media and video — you have a channel, a reel, or work samples you’re proud of and can share
- Hands-on experience with video editing tools such as CapCut and comfortable with pacing, captions, and sound
- Strong visual instincts — you think about framing, thumbnails, and how content feels before it’s shot
- Comfortable being on-camera or directing others when needed
- Self-driven — you manage your own timelines and don’t need to be told what to post next
- Strong English communication skills, written and verbal
- Bonus: experience with Canva or Adobe Express, and a genuine interest in clean energy and sustainability

About the Role
We're looking for a creative and proactive Digital Marketing Content Creator to join our growing marketing team.
As our Content Creator, you'll create engaging visual content that showcases our interior design projects. Your primary focus will be capturing, producing, and editing high-quality content that inspires homeowners and strengthens our brand presence across social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
• Capture high-quality photos and videos of completed projects, renovation progress, site visits, homeowners' properties, and company events.
• Plan, film, and edit engaging short-form videos (30–60 seconds) for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
• Create home tours, before-and-after transformations, renovation tips, behind-the-scenes content, and design inspiration.
• Adapt content for different platforms and audiences while maintaining brand consistency.
• Write engaging captions, social media copy, and simple marketing content that encourages enquiries.
• Organise and maintain a structured media library of photos, videos, and creative assets.
• Keep up with the latest social media trends, content formats, and digital marketing best practices.
Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Mass Communication, Multimedia, Design, or a related field.
• Good command of written English and Mandarin, with the ability to create engaging marketing content for both English- and Mandarin-speaking audiences.
• Strong understanding of social media content creation.
• Passion for photography, videography, and visual storytelling.
• Confident in taking photos and filming on-site independently.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Experience using Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or equivalent video editing software.
• Creative eye for composition, lighting, colour, and aesthetics.
