About This Role:
We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to enhance and support our Sales360 system, collaborate with users and developers to deliver best-in-class experience and features, provide user training and process documentation, manage internal inquiries.
This role involves planning and executing email marketing campaigns with centralised databases, including segmentation and automation. You will also be responsible for managing and maintaining the centralised databases across various platforms, ensuring accurate and timely data transfer from principal systems such as Salesforce.
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will leverage data analytics across all platforms to enhance customer and user experiences. You will develop quarterly customer profiles for brand marketing teams to identify trends and opportunities, compile and report weekly, monthly and quarterly digital metrics, market audits, industry trends and media effectiveness.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum Degree qualification with 2 – 3 years in digital marketing or systems with proven track records of performance marketing experience;
- Meticulous attention to detail;
- The ability to excel under pressure, manage concurrently projects and multiple deadlines;
