    As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns on Google to drive growth and acquisition through a multi-channel approach. Your role will involve measuring and reporting the performance of these campaigns, including analyzing cost per acquisition and ROI. You will need to identify trends and insights to optimize spends and overall performance, as well as create growth strategies for increasing traffic and enquiries.Constantly optimizing marketing activities across PPC and paid marketing campaigns will be crucial for improving return on investment. You will also play a key role in optimizing marketing budgets to maximize Cost per Acquisition (CPA) and efficiently scale new customers. Additionally, reviewing and analyzing a portfolio of sites to enhance user journey and landing page experience will be part of your responsibilities.Your expertise in identifying powerful and high intent keywords will drive valuable traffic to the platforms. Collaborating closely with the regional sales and reservation team will be essential to enhance the quality of enquiries from ecommerce. Your strong academic background and 5-8 years of experience in digital marketing will be valuable assets in this role.You should have a solid understanding of Google Analytics, Search & Display Ads, and a proven track record of managing large PPC budgets. A can-do attitude, attention to detail, and experience in working on a digital marketplace with high traffic are also required. Creativity in identifying target audiences and devising engaging digital campaigns, along with excellent communication skills for international audiences, will be beneficial.Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns, utilizing data-driven analysis to improve marketing KPIs, and staying up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing are essential. Moreover, your ability to curate marketing campaigns tailored to various consumer personas such as Luxury, Budget, and Corporate Travelers will be a significant aspect of your role.This is a full-time, permanent position based in New Delhi, Delhi. The role involves working from the office Monday to Friday, with two Saturdays a month as work-from-home. If you meet the requirements and are comfortable with the setup, we encourage you to apply.
