We're seeking a self-driven, results-oriented Email Marketing Specialist to support growth at Razer. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, is data-driven and deeply attuned to business goals and is passionate about using email as a strategic lever for revenue growth.
You'll be responsible for crafting, executing and optimizing email campaigns that engage our audience, drive conversions and support our broader marketing and sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and oversee the implementation of comprehensive email marketing campaigns for product launches, promotions and lifecycle marketing to drive engagement and support revenue growth
- Collaborate with product, sales and creative teams to align messaging with strategic business goals
- Take ownership of the end-to-end email campaign process – from development to execution and optimization, incorporating segmentation, personalization and automation
- Oversee the creation and curation of high-quality content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
- Track and analyze email marketing performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions, revenue attribution) – provide regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations to management for optimization
- Own and maintain the email marketing calendar, ensuring strategic alignment with overall marketing initiatives, and managing a consistent and effective email marketing cadence
- Conduct regular A/B testing to optimize performance – subject lines, content, CTA, send time, etc, to continuously improve results
- Identify opportunities to enhance the customer journey through targeted and timely email touchpoints
- Ensuring all campaigns comply with email & privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM) while driving year-over-year (YOY) database growth
- Manage relationships with external vendors and partners, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of email marketing tools and platforms
- Share expertise and educate a wider team on best practices in email marketing, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
- Undertake any other duties as assigned to support the achievement of business goals and objectives
- 2–4 years of experience in email marketing, preferably in e-commerce or consumer electronics.
- Proven track record of driving measurable results through email.
- Strong understanding of email platforms (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar).
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker).
- Excellent copywriting and editing skills with attention to detail.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Passion for technology and consumer electronics is a plus.

Role Overview:
As a Marketing Automation Manager , you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing automated marketing campaigns to enhance customer engagement, lead generation, and conversion rates. What you'll do:

Digital Marketing Strategies: Create and implement digital marketing automation strategies to increase leads, improve campaign performance, and maintain customer databases, contributing directly to revenue growth.
CRM Utilization: Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software (currently Hubspot CRM) to develop lead generation and sales strategies that enhance customer acquisition and retention.
Email Marketing: Develop, manage, and optimize email marketing campaigns to enhance engagement, nurture leads, and drive conversions, ensuring best practices in deliverability, segmentation, and personalization. Technical skills to set up and run the campaigns yourself are a must, basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for email template customization is a plus.

Who you are:
At least 5-7 years experience in integrated marketing automation, ideally from an agency or B2B fintech SaaS background

Understanding of lead generation procedures and customer life cycle.
Proficient in audience segmentation.

This involves identifying and implementing new marketing technologies and tools, leading and managing marketing automation and CRM systems like SFDC, Marketo, Tableau, Zendesk, Smartsheet, knack, and Figma. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing campaign name creation, lead updates, incoming leads synchronization, email marketing processes including template creation and sending out via Marketo. Designing, building, and maintaining reports and marketing activities, as well as executing and measuring marketing tools, tests, and experiments will be part of your role. Collaborating with internal teams to optimize operational processes and marketing funnels, along with working closely with the marketing operation and digital marketing teams to enhance processes and outcomes are essential aspects of this position. Possessing good internal and external communication skills is also crucial.Requirements and skills:To excel in this role, you should have at least 5 years of hands-on marketing experience. Knowledge and understanding of the B2B IT industry and the buying journey are key. Ideally, experience in Korea marketing and strong knowledge of effective strategies for the local market would be beneficial. Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, Marketo, Tableau, Smartsheet, and automation platforms is a plus. Working knowledge of HTML, knack, Figma, and email and design platforms would be advantageous. Demonstrated success in collaborative partnerships with stakeholders and cross-functional teams, strong project management, prioritization, organizational skills, accuracy in performance, and attention to detail are essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills at the executive level and with peers and cross-functional teams are required.
