Govern Singtel Group’s corporate internet website and intranet portals in the areas of security access, information architecture and branding in collaboration with internal stakeholders and IT.
Manage digital channels which includes uploading content, SEO and data analytics.
Plan and assist in the production of video content and visuals for digital channels to support corporate events and announcements, track and analyse performance of the content.
Work closely with Group IT and vendors for website enhancement, revamp, updates and new features as required.
Provide training to staff on using the content management system to maintain their own content on the website.

Skills for Success
Bachelor’s Degree in IT, digital media, digital marketing or a related field.
Experience managing digital channels including corporate and intranet websites and social media.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Preferably Agile knowledge as a product owner.
Content management and basic administration skills in Adobe Experience Manager, Sharepoint and Office 365 tools.
Proficient in web development languages. Technical skills for front-end web development will be an advantage.
Good visual design skills with proficiency in Adobe design software for creating content across various digital channels.
Experience using production equipment and video editing will be an advantage.

Job Description
What You'll Do As our Content Creation Intern, you'll get hands-on experience across the full content cycle — from idea to upload. You'll work on MTAS's own channels (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok) as well as on client accounts, giving you a portfolio that spans sports, lifestyle, and creative social media campaigns.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Content ideation – brainstorm creative ideas for videos, reels, shorts, and posts.
- Videography – shoot training sessions, events, and lifestyle content (basic to intermediate videography experience preferred).
- Editing – cut, refine, and deliver engaging content optimised for each platform.
- Graphic design – create simple visuals (thumbnails, overlays, social posts).
