Role Summary and Impact
The appointee will be responsible for the effective delivery of client SEO services directly.
1. You will get to work with high-profile client sites, where a small change can make a big difference.

In 3 months:
· Gain understanding of existing processes and tools to ensure successful delivery of client work.
· Develop an understanding of core SEO concepts and how they can be leveraged to improve client’s website performance.
· Become familiar with key clients in local markets in order to assist in development of project deliverables.
In 6 months:
· Ability to develop strategic guidance to clients which will have positive impacts on their digital market goals.
· Successful completion of industry certifications and demonstration of knowledge and concepts learned.
· Establish strong rapport with the client
· Build relationships with key stakeholders within the Agencies.
In 12 months:
· Take ownership of existing SEO projects.
· Retention and growth of Agency SEO business and contribute towards revenue targets.

- Stay up to date with changes in search algorithms and AI-powered discovery trends (e.g. AIO, ChatGPT, Bing Chat)
- Conduct outreach and manage off-page strategies, including securing backlinks from high-authority or niche-relevant websites
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
- 1-3 years of practical SEO experience, ideally in an in-house or agency environment
- Solid understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO fundamentals
- Hands-on experience with keyword research, site audits, and content optimisation
- Comfortable using SEO tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Screaming Frog
- Familiarity with content marketing principles, with experience managing or contributing to blog calendars
- Familiarity with CRO concepts and tools (e.g. A/B testing platforms, Hotjar, GTM)
- Demonstrated ability to identify SEO landing page improvements that lead to higher lead conversion or form fill rates
- Interest or working knowledge of emerging AI search behaviours (Google AIO, Bing AI, ChatGPT search)
- Experience using generative AI tools to support SEO or content tasks is a plus
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and cross-functionally
- A proactive, growth-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt
