We’re looking for a highly motivated Content & Marketing Intern who is passionate about jewellery, storytelling, and digital trends. You’ll play a pivotal role in creating and publishing content that drives visibility, engagement, and conversion for our core offerings, featuring the KIN kit series and our bespoke services.
This internship is ideal for someone looking to develop a career in branding, creative direction, digital marketing, or jewellery design communications. You’ll work closely with our Director and Events & Partnerships Executive to roll out brand content, have a chance to learn and execute performance marketing plans, and will gain end-to-end exposure from content strategy to performance analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Social Media
- Assist with weekly content creation on social channels: Instagram, TikTok, e-commerce livestream
- Coordinate and shoot product/studio content (photo + video)
- Repurpose UGC and testimonials for social media use
- Support with scripting, styling, and post-production
Digital & Marketing Support
- Help manage our monthly content calendar (KIN + Bespoke pillars)
- Track social media analytics and summarize monthly performance
- Assist in paid ad asset creation & uploading
- Coordinate influencer seeding and social collaborations
Brand Communications & Organisation
- Support content-related updates to pitch decks and brochures
- Maintain proper archiving of creative assets in Google Drive
- Coordinate content needs for upcoming events
Work Arrangement
- Work Days: Tuesday to Saturday
- Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
- Work Mode:Fully onsite at Maison Mugen Studio (no remote work)
Who We are Looking For
- Interest in jewellery, design, or fashion branding
- Strong eye for aesthetics, layout, and storytelling
- Social media native — fluent in IG & TikTok trends
- Able to shoot/edit video and images for digital platforms
- Familiar with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Collaborative attitude and open to feedback
Bonus Skills (Not Mandatory but Preferred)
- Photography or video production background
- Knowledge in performance marketing or Meta Business Suite
- Experience working in a brand, studio, or content agency
