About the role:
The role will assist the Demand & Supply Planning Manager in managing vendors and end-to-end inventory management to ensure continuous supply. You will be required to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to plan, analyse, organise, evaluates for the allocation process.
What will you be doing?
- Perform end-to-end of the order cycle for inventory management including coordinating with the suppliers and distribution centres, to ensure timely delivery of goods to island-wide stores.
- Responsible for healthy on-shelf availability of inventories to meet customers' demands.

- Responsible for optimising inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimising excess stock and improve stock holding by managing MOQs and delivery frequency.
- Work closely with the Commercial team and the distribution centres to anticipate and manage promotions, festive build-ups, new products, excess products, and discontinued items exit strategies.
- Work closely with the Commercial team to manage slow moving stocks and plan for timely clearance.
- Utilize demand forecasting, inventory analysis, and other data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement in replenishment processes and performance
- Monitor and track KPI, drive performance and perform root cause analysis
- Management of key upscale indent vendors.
- Ensure full compliance on processes and audit and highlight any exceptions.
About You
- Preferably a Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in similar capacity.
- Proficient in advanced Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Tools.
- Proficiency in Power Query, Power BI and analytical skills will be an added advantage.

Supply schedule creation based on business demand plan and lead-time.
Purchase order and supply forecast submission to the US supply chain team.
Prepare strategic and ad hoc analysis for business review meetings.
Regulatory
Coordinate with Global regulatory team and appointed distributors or agents to facilitate the product registration for new products
Maintenance and timely renewal of product registration certificates to comply with local regulatory requirements.

Lead the development, governance, and delivery of Commercial KPIs across performance, share, SFA/SFE, and CDEs. Ensure alignment of definitions with SIMA guidelines, oversee automation/standardization of reporting, and deliver insights that identify performance levers. Oversee the creation of accurate, unconstrained demand forecasts (volume, value, and assumptions) at SKU and aggregated levels. Lead S&OE and monthly demand review processes, ensuring timely identification and mitigation of risks to supply and inventory.
