The Demand Supply Planning Manager AH, ASKAN is responsible for overseeing and managing all demand planning activities across a wide range of Stock Keeping Units (SKUs) and product categories within the Animal Health business in the ASKAN region. This role ensures accurate forecasting by coordinating cross-functional inputs from Sales, Marketing, and other key stakeholders to support optimal service levels and efficient inventory management. The manager also leads the escalation process for potential supply interruptions and oversees supply allocation decisions within the Regional Operating Unit (ROPU), playing a critical role in maintaining supply continuity and supporting business objectives.
**Duties & Responsibilities:**
+ Manage replenishment planning activities within the ROPU by:
+ Perform net requirement planning & coordinate with global suppliers on the timely shipment and delivery of the requirements.
+ Coordinate input to SIC in case of supply interruption.
+ Coordinate bottleneck & supply allocation (if required) in collaboration with ROPU Commercial Operations/Marketing and SNT/GSCM
+ Maintain SKU replenishment master data with the alignment & agreement with local Operating Units (OPUs) (Safety Stock, minimum order size (EOQ), Demand and Shipment Consolidation, mode of transportation)
+ Manage the collaborative forecasting and replenishment process to align BI and customer plans on key events.
+ Pro-actively manage the alignment of Advanced Planning and Optimization (APO) with global CSCM (Corporate Supply Chain Management) contacts.
+ Coordinate demand planning part of the product life cycle:
+ During launch: to ensure in time forecast allocation.
+ On site transfers: to ensure phase in/out forecast, coordinate supply with PSM & validation of stockpiling if needed, master data creation/deactivation in various systems (i.e.: GRP, Futurcast/JDA)
+ During phase out: to ensure forecast phase out as per depletion of the inventory.
+ Pivotal role working within S&OP cycle, facilitating the creation a robust demand forecast at SKU level across the operating horizon, by working closely with commercial and supply chain contacts
**Requirements**
+ Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field; MSc/MBA is a plus
+ APICS/CPIM certification preferred
+ Minimum 3-5 years of experience in demand planning, ideally in pharma or FMCG
