What You’ll Do:
- Establish and manage end-to-end supply chain processes covering demand planning, procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution .
- Partner closely with manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams to ensure materials availability and smooth production flow.
- Develop supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize cost, quality, and lead times.
- Implement and maintain supply chain systems, metrics, and reporting to drive efficiency and visibility.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO13485, and regulatory requirements relevant to medical device manufacturing.
- Lead supply risk management, identifying gaps and building contingency strategies.
- Be a hands-on operator while laying the groundwork for a scalable supply chain function as the company grows.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5–8 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or operations within the medical device, biotech, or pharmaceutical industry .
- Strong understanding of regulated manufacturing environments (ISO13485, FDA, GMP).
- Proven ability to manage suppliers, contracts, and cross-functional projects.
- Hands-on and resourceful, able to balance daily execution with longer-term strategy building.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment .
