The VP of APAC CN Supply Chain Operations will manage a team of 8 direct reports, and a wider organisation of over 60, to deliver supply planning, demand planning, B2B and DTC distribution, and fulfilment across APAC and China locations
- Providing strong leadership as Operations Business Partner for APAC & China Market Groups, sitting on the APAC Market Group commercial Leadership Team.

About You

- Strong understanding of supply chain concepts, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and demand planning.
- Experience managing cross-functional complex projects.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and drive operational execution.

Job Description:
- Responsible to daily logistics operation activities
- Coordination / Negotiation with internal & external parties (customers / supplier & freight forwarders etc.) regarding shipment arrangement
- Daily shipment arrangement and documentation, including PO generating and sending, SAP input, Sailing schedule arrangement, Invoice & BL checking, etc.
- Supplier and customer management
- Handle order backlog and forecast management
- Perform cost analysis. Awareness of cargo cost and logistics cost)
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the company
Job Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree Holder with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledgeable and having experience in Incoterms
- Experience issuing or generating high volume of Purchase Orders (POs)
- Experience liaising with forwarders for overseas shipments (import and export)
- Experience handling shipping documentation, for example, invoice, packing list, etc.
- Proficient in MS office (Excel, Word, PowerPoints)
- Have a good communication skills, teamwork, time management and problem solving
- Comfortable with working overtime and overseas travel when required.
