Help produce high-quality content with limited resources, finding creative workarounds when needed.Requirements: Deep passion and knowledge of BGMI, mobile gaming, and the Indian esports ecosystem. Experience creating or ideating for social media content (bonus if for gaming pages or creators). Solid understanding of what works on Instagramfrom meme formats to trending reels. RESPONSIBILITIES
Brand Connector
- Identify and establish strategic external partnerships (influencer, collectives, artists etc.) to collaborate on creating assets with Brand Communications team
Content Strategy and Planning
- Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with brand objectives, seasonal campaigns, and product launches.
- Identify storytelling opportunities to build brand identity and strengthen community engagement.
- Plan and manage the content calendar to ensure timely delivery of high-quality assets.
Content Creation & Curation
- Oversee the production of engaging content, including social media posts, blog articles, newsletters, videos, and campaign visuals.
- Collaborate with designers, photographers, videographers, and stylists to create visually compelling narratives.
- Ensure all content reflects the brand’s aesthetic, tone of voice, and messaging guidelines.
Social Media & Digital Marketing
- Manage and optimize content for various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, website, etc.), ensuring consistency across all channels.
- Work with the marketing team to amplify content through paid media, influencer partnerships, and collaborations.
- Monitor trends, competitor content, and audience behavior to refine strategies and stay ahead in the fashion industry.
SEO & Performance Analysis
- Implement SEO best practices to improve content discoverability and organic traffic.
- Track content performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Conduct A/B testing on content formats, headlines, and visuals to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with product, e-commerce, and PR teams to align messaging and storytelling across all touchpoints.
- Support fashion shows, launches, and activations by creating pre-event buzz and post-event content recaps
Budget Management & Other Adhoc Duties
- Review content budget allocations and expenses closely with producers
- Project yearly creative budget needs according to business needs
- Support the team with any ad-hoc projects assigned by superior
REQUIREMENTS
- Creative, Communications or Marketing Degree or related disciplines
- Preferable with at least 6 years’ experience in the fashion industry
- Proficient in copy writing, and full of inspirations and creative juice
- Pleasant disposition with excellent interpersonal skills
- Organized and detail oriented

Primary Relationships:
The position works within the Corporate Communications Team and reports to both the eCommerce and Marcoms departments.

Job Description
We are looking for a versatile and strategic Marketing Manager (Digital & Content) to lead and execute our digital campaigns and content planning efforts. This role combines performance marketing with content strategy to drive enrolments, increase brand visibility, and improve audience engagement across all platforms. You will work closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure the organization’s digital presence is impactful, data-driven, and aligned with our mission to make high-quality early years education accessible to all.
Responsibilities:· Develop and execute a strategic content calendar across website and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
· Create and execute story-driven content ideas including videos, reels, testimonials, and feature stories.
· Build campaigns for enrolments, employer branding, and alumni engagement.
· Collaborate with team members to deliver compelling integrated campaigns.
· Plan and manage paid digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and display networks.
· Work closely with digital agencies to monitor KPIs and optimize campaign performance (CTR, CPL, CPA, ROI).
· Lead and manage the integration and optimization of Hubspot CRM workflows for parent and educator journeys.
· Track digital, content and social media performance metrics using analytics tools and refine strategy accordingly.
· Ensure that all messaging and visuals align with brand tone and identity.
· Provide regular reports on performance, analysis and strategic plans to management.
Requirements:· Minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in performance marketing and content strategy, preferably in education, consumer, or service-driven industries.
· Strategic and creative skill sets in content, copywriting and community management
· Proven experience managing digital campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO) and tracking ROI.
· Hands-on experience with Hootsuite and Hubspot CRM system, including automation and conversion tracking.
· Strong understanding of content marketing best practices for various platforms.
· Team player with strong project management skills and the ability to work across functions.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Photography/videography skills would be advantageous.
