Job Description
Everyone has a social strategy.
We're hiring someone with a point of view.
There's a type of person who scrolls with intent. Who can tell you why one post went viral and why the next one flopped — and what the algorithm was rewarding that week. Who walks into a meeting with three campaign ideas already queued up, and leaves with a fourth. Who treats a blank content calendar as a canvas, not a chore.
That's who we're looking for.
Everise is a global AI-powered CX company operating across the US, LATAM, and Asia — serving some of the world's most recognized brands in healthcare, insurance, and financial services. Our audience isn't one thing: clients, candidates, employees across six countries, industry watchers, future partners. Our story is big. We need someone who can tell it in a way that actually lands.
This role sits at the intersection of brand, culture, and hiring. You won't just be posting — you'll be shaping how the world sees us.
What You'll Actually Do
Yes, you'll post. But the job starts long before the caption is written.
- Own the day-to-day of our social presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms — with a clear POV on what belongs where and why
- Pitch, build, and launch campaigns that make people stop scrolling — from hiring pushes and cultural moments to thought leadership and industry firsts
- Live inside the analytics — impressions, engagement, follower growth, referral traffic — and use what you find to sharpen what comes next
- Spot cultural moments early and move on them fast; know when to lean in, when to sit out, and when to make our own moment
- Cross functional collaboration to turn what's happening inside the company into content the outside world actually cares about
- Build a content engine that doesn't depend on you being the only source of ideas — but is powered by yours
- Stay ahead of platform shifts, format changes, and audience behaviour — and adjust before anyone has to ask you to
Who You Are
This isn't a checklist. It's a mirror.
- Social media isn't your job. It's your habit. You were paying attention long before anyone paid you for it.
- You have opinions on what makes a good LinkedIn post — and you can back them up with data
- You've run a campaign that outperformed what anyone expected. You know exactly why.
- You can write a hook that earns the next line, and a caption that sounds like a human wrote it
- You move fast, ship polished work, and don't need three rounds of approval to feel confident
- You treat comments, DMs, and community as part of the strategy — not an afterthought
- You know the difference between a trend worth riding and one that'll age badly in a week
- You're the person your friends screenshot posts to for a second opinion
What You Bring
- 3+ years running social for a brand, agency, or high-profile personal client — with results you can point to
- Fluency across LinkedIn (primary), Instagram, and at least one emerging platform — with the analytics chops to prove what's working
- A portfolio: campaigns you built, posts that performed, moments you owned
- Sharp copywriting instincts — you know when to be warm, when to be witty, and when to shut up and let the visual carry it
- Comfort with creative tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe suite, or equivalent) and social management platforms (Hootsuite, Sprout, or similar)
- Bonus: experience managing executive personal brands, running paid social, or working across time zones
- Singapore-based and available to work on-site
We evaluate on what you've made and what it did. Portfolio over pedigree.
Why Everise — And Why Now
Most social roles hand you a brand book and tell you to stay inside it. This one asks you to help write the next chapter.
You'll work directly with senior leadership — including a CEO who is active on social, invested in it, and expects his presence to reflect his actual voice. You'll shape how a global company with thousands of employees shows up publicly. You'll ship campaigns that get seen by clients, candidates, and competitors alike.
No bureaucracy. No endless approval chains. No waiting your turn.
Social is having a moment as the channel where brand, hiring, and culture all collide. The people who get to shape that inside a real, complex, operating company right now are the ones who will define what modern B2B social looks like.
Is that you? Prove it.
Our Commitment
Everise is committed to fair and inclusive hiring in accordance with Singapore’s Tripartite Guidelines on Fair Employment Practices (TAFEP). All hiring decisions are merit-based. We welcome applications from candidates of all backgrounds regardless of age, race, religion, gender, disability, or family status.
This role is open to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents only.
