We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented internal communications professional to join our team on a contract basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting, editing, and distributing internal newsletters, announcements, and leadership messages. You will also maintain and update content on internal communication platforms (e.g., intranet, digital signage, internal social media).

In addition, you will support the development of communication materials for internal campaigns, events, and initiatives, as well as coordinate with various departments to gather content and ensure timely dissemination of information.

As an internal communications specialist, you will work closely with HR and other departments to promote employee engagement and gather feedback on engagement efforts. You will also assist in tracking engagement metrics and preparing reports to evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives.
