Advise on relevant issues/topics, industry best practices and alternatives ensuring the company is able to attract and hire top talent;
In collaboration with Global HR team, recommend base and variable compensation program changes to improve/drive company performance and retention of key individuals;
Manage global mobility process for senior executives;
Contribute to strategic and operational special projects withing both HR and the businesses.
Operational Oversight
Collaborate with global recruitment and HR team and partner with internal stakeholders to align C&B practices, employee experiences and business objectives
Review/audit all C&B information which requires the Shareholder’s approval
Lead small team that manages executive payroll and global mobility processes
Ensure management of all programs and initiatives are administered in alignment with legislation and internal guidelines
Manage executive payroll process and screening of matters requiring Shareholders’ approval.
Qualifications
12+ years in C&B
Ability to effectively interface with C-level executives and to translate complex data/regulations into understandable presentations
A strong knowledge of compensation practices, legal/tax regulations concerning executive pay practices and reporting and governance practices In APAC region
Experience in the development, delivery and rollout of significant compensation programs or projects
Strong project management, analytical, organizational and presentation skills
Be able to set realistic deadlines and expectations
