Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced C&B/Total Rewards expert with a strong focus on compensation and benefits to join our HR team at Bitdeer. This role will be responsible for designing, refining, analyzing, and managing competitive total rewards programs to attract and retain top talent in a highly competitive market globally. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of compensation structures, equity programs, benefits administration, and total rewards strategies tailored to the tech and semiconductor sectors.
What you will be responsible for:
Compensation Analysis:
Conduct market benchmarking and compensation analysis to ensure competitive pay structures in the technology/semiconductor industry.
Design and administer base salary structures, incentive plans, and equity compensation (RSUs, stock options, ESPP).
Partner with HR and business leaders to conduct job evaluations, salary grading, and internal equity reviews.
Support annual merit, bonus, and long-term incentive planning cycles.
Provide compensation insights based on industry trends and best practices.
Benefits Administration:
Oversee employee benefits programs, including healthcare, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and perks tailored to the needs of tech talent.
Evaluate benefits utilization, costs, and competitiveness to optimize program effectiveness.
Collaborate with vendors and brokers to negotiate benefits offerings and drive cost efficiencies.
Lead benefits communication efforts to enhance employee engagement and understanding.
Total Rewards Strategy & Compliance:
Support the development of a holistic total rewards strategy, integrating compensation, benefits, and recognition programs.
Ensure compliance with global, regional, and local labor laws regulations related to compensation and benefits.
Prepare and analyze reports related to compensation trends, pay equity, and benefits participation.
Assist with internal and external audits related to compensation, benefits, and equity plans.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with HR, Finance, and Business Leaders to align total rewards programs with talent strategy and business objectives.
Provide training and support to HR teams and managers on compensation frameworks and benefits offerings.
Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding total rewards.
How you will stand out:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
5–8 years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in a multinational or regional setting and in the technology or semiconductor industry.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, HRIS, and compensation benchmarking tools (e.g., Radford, Mercer, or Willis Towers Watson).
Knowledge of equity compensation, incentive structures, and semiconductor industry pay practices.
Familiarity with global compensation and benefits trends in high-tech environments.
Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Strategic Total Rewards Leadership
Develop and execute regional total rewards strategies aligned with global HR and business goals.
Lead compensation and benefits planning for annual cycles (e.g., salary reviews, bonus programs, equity plans).
Provide strategic consultation to senior leadership on pay competitiveness, retention, and reward optimization.
Compensation & Benefits Management

As a APAC Total Rewards Manager, you will be part of the Total Rewards team, supporting the development and coordination of compensation and benefits practices across APAC. You will work closely with stakeholders in different countries to help drive consistency, fairness, and efficiency in Total Rewards programs, and play a key role in cross-brand transformation projects.

  • Act as a liaison between regional People teams and Global TR, ensuring consistent policy application with room for local adaptation.
  • Support Total Rewards transformation projects, maintaining documentation and stakeholder follow-ups.
  • Support annual compensation review and promotion cycles through data consolidation, validation, and communication.
  • Gather and analyse market data for pay benchmarking; maintain updated survey files and reports.
  • Prepare pay and gender equity dashboards and audit summaries, supporting corrective action follow-ups.
  • Collect and coordinate country-specific benefits data, assisting with renewals and harmonisation efforts.
  • Draft and maintain TR documentation, guides, and communication materials for employees and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure data integrity in Workday/TR systems, supporting compliance, audits, and reporting requirements.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in compensation and benefits.

Sephora SEA's omni channel business spans over 8 countries (Australia, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, New Zealand, the Philippines, Singapore and Thailand) with 100+ stores and boasts some global flagships such as ION and Raffles City in Singapore, F88 in Kuala Lumpur and Pitt Street in Sydney. Sephora SEA is experiencing rapid growth in the region with new store openings and business channels (i.e., Click and collect and marketplace).  Manager, Total Rewards, APAC  Reporting to the Director, Organization Development & Total Rewards, you will play a key role in shaping and implementing the total rewards schemes for the region.

As part of the regional Total Rewards Center of Excellence, you will work closely with both the business and HR team to provide year-round consultation relating to total rewards. This includes spearheading projects such as job levelling, incentives scheme review, annual salary review cycle, compensation and benefits bench-marking, organization design and transformation and other total rewards projects. You will shine here if you enjoy…Driving Compensation & Benefits Strategy & Best Practices Co-lead the creation and maintenance of competitive compensation structures and incentive schemes aligned with the organization's business strategy across South-East Asia and Oceania region.

Effectively communicate regional compensation strategies, policies and initiatives to regional and market stakeholders. Provide expert guidance, consultation, advice and knowledge to regional and market stakeholders on strategic compensation matters. Be the go-to expert for regional and market HR teams across the region, addressing concerns, challenges, and providing assistance as needed relating to compensation.

Project manage the annual compensation review process, as well as support performance management and calibration process across markets. Review confidential compensation frameworks and benchmarking, job levelling structure, incentives scheme and others. Lead the participation and data submission of compensation and benefits survey.

Collaborate with HR consulting vendors on market compensation trends and practices. Lead and provide guidance and advice to markets on annual insurance plan and flexible benefits renewal. Collaborate with market HR teams to identify enhancements, provide recommendations on how to improve and refine existing policies.

Support the global benefits project by liaising with market HR teams and regional/global C&B teams to share inputs and knowledge related to benefits programs and best practices in the region. Be the go-to expert and share knowledge of best practices for both the design and execution ends of the benefits spectrum. Plan & Consolidate Financials and Budgets Support the creation and tracking of headcount and payroll budgeting for the Regional office entities.

Collaborate closely with market HR teams on headcount and payroll budgeting. Support the preparation and consolidation of headcount payroll planning and budgeting for presentation to the regional stakeholders. Support the tracking of headcount, department expenses and payroll budget spend on monthly basis.

Analyze & Deliver Insights Pertaining to Workforce Planning Support the tracking and analysis of workforce and preparation of periodic trends reports such as attrition trends and others to deliver actionable workforce insights

Support Regional Projects in Total Rewards Collaborate with regional and market HR teams as well as business stakeholders on all Total Rewards projects such as retail workforce HR project, salary structure, job levelling and other projects that may happen from time-to-time. We would love to hear from you if you are/have…Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field. Experienced HR practitioner with minimum 8-10 years of strong Total Rewards experience at the regional level, specifically within the arenas of compensation and benefits (HR consulting background will be a plus)Experience in developing and refining total rewards strategies to attract, retain, and motivate employees

Well-versed in the latest compensation and benefits market trends and practices and familiar with the HR lifecycle processes

Experience in the management of HR budgets, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational goals

Understands payroll fundamentals

Has worked in a matrixed multi-national organization preferably Strong critical reasoning and analytical skills

Project management experience and skills will be beneficial
