Strategic Total Rewards Leadership
Develop and execute regional total rewards strategies aligned with global HR and business goals.
Lead compensation and benefits planning for annual cycles (e.g., salary reviews, bonus programs, equity plans).
Provide strategic consultation to senior leadership on pay competitiveness, retention, and reward optimization.
Compensation & Benefits Management
Design and manage compensation structures, job grading, and benchmarking using tools like Mercer, Radford, or Aon.

About the role
The APAC Advisory Services Total Rewards team operates as a Centre of Excellence within a matrixed environment, responsible for the design and strategy of Total Rewards across APAC Advisory Services.
