What the role is:

• Analyse, assess and review the impact of foreign manpower policy changes on work pass operations, and develop operational plans to ensure effective and timely implementation

• Review operational policies so they remain clear and relevant for operational teams
• Harness data to uncover insights, recommend policy improvements, and craft evidence-based solutions that enhance processes and policies
• Develop operational reports and recommendations to inform policy directions
• Design and implement transformative solutions to streamline workflows, enhance system capabilities, and boost operational efficiency

• Strong analytical skills and an eye for detail
