Director, Compensation & Benefits . This strategic role will be pivotal in shaping and driving the organisation’s total rewards strategy across a diverse workforce, encompassing both blue- and white-collar employees. This is a full-time, permanent role based in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, implementation, and governance of compensation frameworks, benefits programs, and performance management processes across the region.
Ensure alignment with business goals, market competitiveness, and internal equity, while ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Manage compensation strategies for a diverse employee base, including manufacturing (blue-collar) and corporate (white-collar) populations.
Oversee the annual performance review cycle, salary benchmarking, and incentive planning. Experience in executive compensation will be considered a strong advantage.
As the COE lead, partner closely with HR Business Partners, Finance, and senior leadership to provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
Ideal Profile
The ideal candidate will have at least 15-20 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, with a strong track record in working with diverse employee groups/industries. Prior experience engaging with C-suites and dealing with executive compensation frameworks will be highly regarded. You should be analytical, detail-oriented, and confident in leading a sizeable team of direct reports.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in compensation and benefits, including at least 5 years in a group headquarters role.
- Proven expertise in executive compensation and long-term incentive plan design and administration.
- Strong professional knowledge in compensation design, including salary structure.
- Strong team leadership experience, with at least 5 years of team management experience
- Full professional proficiency in English and Chinese (both written and spoken) to facilitate cross-regional collaboration.
- Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills.
