- As the Global Compensation Director, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company's global compensation and rewards strategy. Your main focus will be to ensure that the compensation programs align with business goals, attract and retain top talent, and remain competitive across various geographies. You will lead the development of comprehensive compensation frameworks, incentive programs, and ensure compliance with local compensation regulations. This role reports to the Chief Human Resources Officer and involves making collaborative, data-driven decisions to enhance the organization's total rewards offerings.Your key responsibilities will include:- Developing and executing a global compensation strategy that aligns with company goals, competitive market trends, and industry best practices.- Conducting market benchmarking and compensation analysis in each region to ensure competitive positioning and alignment with regional and local market trends.- Leading the design and execution of incentive plans, including annual bonus programs, performance-based rewards, and sales compensation schemes.- Providing data-driven insights to the leadership team, leveraging compensation data to inform business decisions and support workforce planning.- Working closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and other key stakeholders to ensure compensation initiatives align with talent management and financial goals.- Developing communications related to compensation and merit programs to ensure transparency and understanding of reward systems.To be successful in this role, you should have:- Minimum 10+ years of experience in compensation management, with at least 5 years in global compensation.- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Additional certifications such as CCP or GRP are a plus.- A hands-on approach in the development and execution of compensation initiatives, including direct involvement in project management.- Proven experience in developing and managing compensation programs across multiple geographies.- Experience with M&A integration, executive compensation, HRIS management, and leadership in cross-functional teams.- Strong analytical skills, deep knowledge of compensation trends, and excellent communication abilities.- Ability to work effectively in a global environment, understanding and respecting cultural differences.- Experience in driving compensation transformation projects and connecting compensation strategies with business objectives.- A highly motivated, energizing attitude that inspires others to seek higher levels of performance.Some travel may be required for this role.,

Experience in the development, delivery and rollout of significant compensation programs or projects
