This role will be responsible for the design, communication, implementation, and administration of Total Rewards programs and contributes to Samsung SEAO in delivering total rewards initiatives and solution. - Conduct compensation and benefits (C&B) analysis, interpret data and assess internal and external equity for Singapore and at SEAO level.
- Evaluate current C&B programs and processes and recommend optimization.

- Administer compensation programs and initiatives, including annual rewards cycle and all C&B related programs.
