As a Clinic Manager (GP), you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Oversee daily clinic operations, ensure adherence to workflows, processes, healthcare regulations, and support audit/licensing activities.
  • Lead, train, and evaluate clinic assistants; manage scheduling, rostering, timesheets, and leave while contributing to hiring and onboarding.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our healthcare team as a General Manager/Clinic Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and leadership to our medical and operations staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic. Effective with time management, Technology, IT, self driven, accountable and organised individual who loves to work with fellow professionals who are passionate to serve the community and make a positive impact to the health and wellness of our patrons. Responsibilities:

  • Assist and Supervise Front Desk to Schedule appointments, answer phone calls, and respond to emails, messages and social media enquiries.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

  • Supervise Billing, cashiering and invoicing.

  • Uploading relevant documents and invoices to the cloud software (training will be provided).

  • Assist Marketing and Sales team to set and meet revenue targets.

  • Order and stock medical supplies and equipment. Liaise with Vendors to troubleshoot if necessary.

  • Receiving, tallying and updating of the stocks. Work with procurement teams to ensure stocks and tally.

  • Maintain healthy stock of supplies for smooth clinic operations and care delivery.

  • Submit and follow-up claims for insurance providers and TPP, including CHAS and Medisave claims.

  • Maintain clinic compliance to local regulations (MOH, SMC, NEA, MOM, ACRA, etc).

  • Responsible to maintaining necessary check lists for equipment maintenance or audits.

  • Work with Senior management and marketing team to create promotional updates, ads and lead generation channels.

. Works with Finance teams to tune the marketing spending, plan for sales meeting and lead generation.

  • Keep the clinic premises clean and organized. Supervise external janitors and staffs to maintain high hygeine standards.

. Supervise and guide Interns and temporary staff.

. Work with HR of the Company, with recruitments, Rostering, appraisals, onboarding and offboarding workflows.

. Initiate and plan for training and skills upgrade for the staff of Zest Clinic to maintain service quality and efficiency.

. Work with the senior management to implement Workflows to enable smooth operations and compliance.

Qualifications

  • ITE, Clinic Assistant training course or other relevant courses

. Nursing Diploma or degree

  • Advanced/Aesthetic Skin qualifications highly regarded

  • Qualifications in beauty industry and/or relevant tertiary studies (nursing, working towards beauty qualifications, vocational certificates) considered.

  • Relevant certifications include ITEC / CIDESCO / ITEC etc.

  • Relevant IT and computer skills or certificates

.Management and Leadership trainings

.Media and Communications training

.Digital Marketing training

. BCLS, AED certification

Experience

  • Minimum 2 year of outpatient medical clinic or aesthetic clinic experience, providing administrative

  • Laser, face and skincare, and body treatment experiences highly regarded

. Experienced Project/Team Leader, Business Strategist, Operational roles will be highly regarded.

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Salary : $7000 - $9000 per month

Work Schedule

  • 5 days per week

  • Monday to Saturday (1 Off day based on schedule on weekdays)

This may be subject to change from time to time, depending on the operational needs of the Company or shopping mall.
