1. Project Management & Coordination
- Plan, lead, and manage onsite corporate health wellness projects (e.g., 13-day flu and health screening events across multiple client locations).
- Define and track project goals, schedules, and profitability using tools such as Gantt charts.
- Liaise with clients (e.g., GSK), vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful execution of health events.

3. Financial & Administrative Oversight
- Curate quotations for client projects and conduct cost-profit analysis to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Analyse and reconcile clinic financial data, including corporate costs, IOTs, and clinic billing rates.
- Monitor and manage the financial performance of in-house clinic operations.
4. Corporate Health Programmes
- Manage the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP), including tracking of over 150 enrolled employees and promoting follow-up compliance.
- Expand CDMP participation by identifying potential enrolees from onsite health screenings.
- Oversee the Smoking Cessation Programme, including recruitment, progress monitoring, and promotional efforts through emails and internal campaigns.
5. Reporting & Data Analytics
- Generate and deliver corporate health and performance reports (quarterly, yearly) to clients.
- Create Wellcare Recommendation Reports during peak project seasons (Nov–Dec).
- Perform data analysis to support programme performance, cost efficiency, and clinical outcomes.

This role reports to the Deputy Operations Lead/Clinic Operations Manager, subject to experience. Bridgepoint Health is an operating entity of Sheares Healthcare. This is a patient facing role in a fast-growing ambulatory care group. This role involves patient service, physician support and managing a group of clinic assistants. You are the go-to person for the clinic and will be expected to lead a small team to deliver exceptional patient experience at Bridgepoint Clinics.
The Role
- Able to perform all duties of a clinic assistant.
- Ensure the timely reporting of all clinic staff.
- Serve as a point of escalation and catch all for clinic staff on shift.
- Perform a supervisory role during the shift and always ensure service excellence.
- Ensure consistency and follow through of workflow/processes and protocol.
- Training of new staff.
- Liaise with vendors (e.g. laboratory and radiology) for collection of samples and receiving of reports.
- Assist with the rostering of clinic assistants.
- Tallying of vendor invoices (laboratory, radiology, medication, consumables).
- Tallying of claims and answering to claims queries from government / corporate partners.
- Timely ordering of stock (medication and consumables) and minimize expiry and dead stock within the clinic.
- Address and resolve inquiries, complaints, disputes with patients with professionalism.
- Ensure the clinic facilities are well maintained and perform regular preventive maintenance with the facilities team.
- Ensure that clinic is always compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Lead a team of clinic assistants and perform regular check-in and performance reviews of clinic assistants.
- Participate in audit and licensing needs of the clinic.
- Participate in periodic stock take.
- Assist with internal stakeholder management, provide constructive feedback during the construct of workflow and processes.
- Participate in hiring of clinic assistants.
- Other duties assigned by operations team.
- Proactive process improvements.
- Manage staff timesheet and leave for payroll system.
- General housekeeping of the clinic.
The Person
- Able to work shifts and on weekends, evenings and Public Holidays. Split shifts may be needed.
- Cross deployment to neighboring clinics on an as-needed basis.
- Attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant experience in hospitality or healthcare industry is preferred.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience working in operations. Preferably with experience managing teams.
