OpenAir is hiring a Social Media Manager to support our Marketing organization in social media strategy, community management, content creation, and influencer management. WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Develop the end-to-end organic social media strategy, execution, and growth of OpenAir ’s social presence
- Pitch and craft engaging social posts that fit the aesthetic and storytelling of OpenAir
- Brainstorm and test new concepts turning audience insights and cultural trends into an actionable plan to drive engagement and growth of OpenAir ’s social accounts
- Develop and oversee public-facing audience engagement, cultivate relationships and engage the community across all social platforms
- Be responsible for testing and creating strategy for new social channels
- Prepare assets for posting, including copywriting, light photoshop, and video editing
- Manage influencer and freelance relationships, schedules, and coverage

ABOUT YOU:
- 4+ years of proven social media experience in a brand, agency, editorial setting, or at a fast-growing direct to consumer and/or eCommerce-focused company
- Expertise in growing social follower counts

We are on the lookout for a Senior Social Media Manager/Social Media Manager ideally with social media background who will play a role in our team expansion. Responsibilities:
- Project management: lead and manage from client brief to creative development and delivery, making sure project is on track and meets the brief requirements.
- Content development: Oversee the social media content calendar, creative briefs and social always-on projects across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
- Client/Stakeholder management and engagement: Establish relationships with clients, internal and external stakeholders to effectively deliver projects to achieve the best outcomes.
- Budget management: Work with internal and external teams to design scope of work and manage budget effectively.
- Timeline management: Good timeline management and is often proactive in anticipating delays versus reactive management.
- Community management : Has experience or is familiar with Sprinklr as a tool and has the know-how to manage and maintain FAQ sheet. Work with a team of community managers in crafting responses

Knowledge Required
- At least 3-5 years relevant experience (with a clear focus on social media content creation and social always-on campaigns)
- Experience working as a brand manager (with account experience running a social brand/business)
- Sound financial planning and budget management experience
- Past experience with social media tools- Sprinklr. If not, eagerness to learn and pick up new social media tools knowledge.
- Evidence of success in content creation and client relations
- Results on social media campaigns, mapping short and long-term strategy with a clear implementation plan

- 2+ years of experience managing social media accounts for brands or organizations
- Proven track record of growing social media followings and engagement
- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
- Strong graphic design skills (Photoshop, Canva, or equivalent)
- Experience with YouTube channel management and optimization
- Understanding of social media analytics tools and metrics
- Knowledge of additional languages (Mandarin) ideal for regional Asian content
- Understanding of international streaming platforms and their audiences (Netflix, HBO, Discovery)
- Experience with film festival and premiere marketing campaigns
