To support the Quality & Performance Management team in monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), improving operational processes, and maintaining quality standards.

1.Audit planning: participate in audits by preparing checklists, collating evidence, reporting and follow up on action items.

2.Document and Data Handling: Helps maintain a well-structured document control system and supports audit preparation. Ensures accuracy when reviewing quality documents, procedures, and records. Support the review and update of standard work to align with QMS requirements.

  1. Root Cause Analysis: Assists in analyzing incidents and audit findings, non-conformities, or performance trends to support corrective action tracking. Maintain logs of corrective action and preventive action logs and progress tracking.

  2. Administrative Support: Perform various administrative duties as needed to support the team, including scheduling meetings, maintaining project files, and managing correspondence, preparation of presentation decks and reports.

The Senior Manager, Sales Performance Management - Asia Pacific (APAC) leads the operational excellence of sales incentive plans to drive and motivate sales behavior resulting in incremental sales performance and revenue. With a deep understanding of insights and results, strategic mindset and a passion to strive for continual improvements, you will challenge status quo, identify opportunities and bring to life new or enhanced frameworks, programs and initiatives to drive continuous outperformance. Integral to the success of this role will be the ability to collaborate on a dynamic set of evolving programs and initiatives aimed at maximizing sales performance with a combination of analytical insights, strong business acumen and a strong ability to partner and influence sales and cross-functional leaders in the region as well as globally.
Reporting to the Director, Commercial Planning & Governance - APAC, you will be an important voice of APAC in the global development and steer key sales performance initiatives across multi-functional teams to ensure nuances and needs are captured and addressed as well as successful implementation and execution of programs.
**HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT**
Your role is important, and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
Operational excellence of Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) and Sales Performance Management (SPM) programs
+ Lead operational execution, ensuring seamless program delivery, governance and compliance
+ Collaborate with key partners in goal setting process to define optimal performance measurements and goals that are relevant to business and sales organization objectives which drives behavior and performance of our sales teams
+ Manage SIP payout processes for accurate and timely payouts to SIP participants
+ Act as a key support for SIP and SPM programs related inquiries
+ Reinforce outstanding level of customer service provided to sales professionals and partners
+ Develop and deliver effective education and training materials to foster understanding of SIP and SPM programs and tools
+ Participate in requirements gathering, testing and set-up of SIP and SPM tools
+ Design and provide internal sales intelligence to support and measure sales performance and effectiveness of SIP and SPM programs
Optimization of SIP and SPM programs
+ Foster a culture of continual process improvement focusing on enhancing, automating and optimizing current programs, processes and systems to improve efficiency, operational effectiveness and performance
+ Identify opportunities, recommend, enhance and implement frameworks, programs and initiatives to:
- Motivate and drive sales behavior and sales performance
- Support broader business and sales strategic plan
- Strengthen seller retention
- Maximize seller motivation and minimize distractions
+ Lead and support change management processes to build and ensure organization understanding and buy-in for SPM programs and plans
+ Act as APAC key advocate to align SIP and SPM requirements with global stakeholders and partners
+ Drive consensus decisions into implementation and scalable operations

You have these minimum qualifications:
+ 5 to 8 years operating in a matrix environment
+ Experience designing, implementing, and administering sales incentive and bonus programs to drive performance and achieve business goals
+ Ability to work under pressure and thrive in fast-paced, diverse environment with minimal supervision
+ Simultaneously lead multiple projects, effectively prioritize and manage time, adapt to seasonal needs and time zones of a global SPM team
+ Extensive planning skills to create, maintain and deliver plans and roadmaps
+ Experience in data analytics coupled with a keen eye for detail
+ Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
+ Strategic mindset with demonstrated ability to think critically and challenge status quo to find opportunities for continued improvement
+ Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP), Word and PowerPoint
+ Ability to participate in global calls in the evening and/or early morning
