  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.

  • Inbound Sales Management: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels. Manage the full sales cycle, including pre-sales (quotations, order processing, delivery coordination) and post-sales follow-ups, identifying further sales opportunities. Proactively engage customers to assess needs, provide support, and generate potential leads.

  • Sales Execution: Convert qualified leads from the Marketing team into actual sales opportunities.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure effective implementation of sales strategies and achievement of individual, team, and departmental KPIs.

  • Reporting & Administration Compile and analyze sales data to prepare accurate and insightful reports for management decision-making. Support administrative tasks including completing customer questionnaires, surveys, and accreditation documentation.

Requirements
  • Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

  • Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience

  • Strong drive to achieve results and take on new challenges

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Positive team player with a strong customer service mindset

  • Able to multi-task and work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRM

  • Knowledge of standard components in Mechanical, Electrical, or Cutting Tools is an added advantage
