- Handling customer RFQ by sending quotation and following closely for quotation status.
- Attend to customer's requirements & coordinate on the necessary support until order is fulfilled.
- Coordinate with internal logistics, planners, purchasers, production, QA, and accounts receivable teams to process customer orders from purchasing order receipt through to invoicing and payments.
