Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure and maintain Oracle databases across development, testing and production environments.
- Monitor database performance and implement tuning measures to ensure optimal efficiency.
- Perform regular backups and recovery operations using Oracle RMAN and Data Pump.
- Support data migration, patching, upgrades and Oracle RAC/ASM environments.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience as an Oracle DBA.
- Strong experience with Oracle 12c/19c database administration.
- Proficiency in Oracle RAC, ASM, RMAN, Data Guard and OEM.
- Solid understanding of PL/SQL scripting and shell scripting.
- Experience with performance tuning, database optimization and capacity planning.
- Knowledge of security standards, data privacy regulations and compliance practices.
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) certification.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Oracle Cloud, AWS RDS for Oracle or Azure.
- Knowledge of other RDBMS systems (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL) is a plus.
