Client Education and Support : Utilize marketing materials and strategies to educate clients about the benefits of consistent health monitoring and the advantages of higher-tier programme options.
- Annual Health Diagnostics Promotion: Annual Check-Up Encouragement : Actively promote the "Advanced Blood Chemistry" analysis, explaining its importance in monitoring and optimizing health outcomes.
Follow-Up and Retention Initiatives : Work closely with the Marketing team to develop campaigns and materials that highlight the benefits of annual diagnostics, encouraging repeat bookings and ongoing engagement.
- Revenue Growth and Retention: Programme Upselling : Use marketing insights to strategically encourage clients to consider more comprehensive health programme, demonstrating the long-term health benefits and personalized approach of these options.

Job Description
Drive sales in the Singapore domestic vehicle parts aftermarket by managing products, preparing price quotations, responding to customer inquiries, checking supply availability, coordinating delivery schedules, and following up with customers.
• Manage Accounts Receivable collection and ensure timely payments.
• Support and report to the Sales Manager in managing the team to achieve both team and individual KPIs.
• Handle existing customer sales activities (approx. 80%) and develop new customers (approx. 20%).
• Maintain good relationship with clients, teammates, and related departments.
Job Requirement
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in the Singapore domestic vehicle parts aftermarket.
• Strong knowledge of the Singapore local vehicle parts aftermarket.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese to communicate with English and Chinese speaking internal and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of EV (Electric Vehicle) sales is preferred.
