THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT BECAUSE .
+ You'll be the HR business partner for UI globally for global functions, co-designing the Global UI HR vision and strategy & leading the execution of HR activities.
+ You will partner UILT and CLF members at WL3+ and 300+ employees globally in UI
+ You will be the right hand to the HR Lead for UI and the strategic key resource in the Singapore Hub

+ Co-designs & lands the glo-cal talent strategy for the business: Leading edge Open Talent Ecosystem strategy: Buy/Borrow fixed & flex talents from within and from external talent eco-system in line with overheads target and Grooming intrapreneurial talent: Build/ Retain/Refresh UI like-minded talents with bespoke development plans & exceptional rewards interventions.
+ Leads globally all talent cycles (DPF, APR etc) & develops insight and action plans for people related business issues and opportunities by leveraging people metrics/ dashboards
Organization & Change Management:
+ Leads org re-design towards building a more agile & effective organization closer to market to unlock growth
+ Leads E2E change management of key organizational initiatives across the world eg. Acquisitions, Relocations, New Business Set Ups.
Culture Development & Employee Engagement:
+ Supports landing people engagement plans supporting relevant leaders leveraging the power of analytics in UniVoice
Stakeholder Management
+ Builds strong relationships with HR teams in each relevant market (HRBP, HRS) & Global HR Community.
+ Co-pilots together with the business leaders for each business
As Learning & Development Global Lead
+ Driving Learning Activities for Unilever International Globally - designing and implementing the learning agenda in collaboration with our HR business partners and working alongside our vendors& Unilever academies in managing operations for learning activities.
+ Planning and driving iconic employee engagement traditions/ events for learning for Unilever International

Role Description
UI has around 500 talented professionals across functions, locations, and cultures, driving double-digit growth year after year. We operate as an end-to-end business - a "small CXO" model - with our own supply chain, marketing, CD, digital, and finance teams.
+ As UI HR Lead you will business partner a 1.5bn business, the CEO of Unilever International (UI) and the UI Leadership Team for their e2e UI organisation of around 500 employees across 43 different countries in 9 main hubs. You are also the HR Lead for South Korea as a country.
+ You will work closely with the functional and business leaders to ensure the execution of the people strategy & organizational readiness to deliver on demanding business objectives & growth. A big part of your role will be about balancing the complexity of multiple stakeholders, a matrix organization and a multicultural set up. Your Responsibilities
Global responsibility for a multinational group headquartered in France
Major global roll-out of Digital Transformation project: liaise between the Salesforce services team and senior management when required
Account plan closely maps to and influences the customers strategic board level priorities
Seek, identify and initiate new go to market propositions through application of industry knowledge
Identification of business value that the customer was not previously aware of
Engages with Decision Makers to position Salesforce solutions through strategic value based selling, business case definition, ROI analysis, references and analyst data
Successfully interacts at the C-level
Drives significant coordination amongst groups such as Sales Engineers, Sales Specialists, Marketing, Business Development, Professional Services, Executives, Partners etc. to drive account strategy
Partners with GSIs and Services to deliver the contracted business solution and technical delivery plan
Provides mentoring relationships to more junior Account Executives and virtual team members
Conveys leadership, authority and confidence with every interaction, no matter what form the message; presentation, orally and in writing
Accurately forecasts and achieves revenue goals
Coordinates a global team in a matrix organization
Your Qualifications
Proven track record of selling together with an international team, transformative enterprise software or technology solutions to C-level executives into Global Accounts from the target industries. Quota carrying software or technology sales experience, account management and virtual team leadership experience. You will have a point of view of industry trends and will be able to build a narrative of digital transformation within the Retail CPG space.
