Job Scope
Support in reviewing, implementing and complying with the Sodexo Singapore, Sodexo Group safety policies and local regulations and/or requirements within our Facility and Food service division
To implement and monitor Sodexo Occupational Health and Safety Policy, Food Safety policy Programs, and Procedures within our Facility Management and Foodservice division.
Support/assist on the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Safety standards (Food and Workplace safety related to Food service operations)
Support/assist in ensuring the relevant certifications are maintained or achieved as required (e.g. ISO 22000, ISO 9001, OSHAS 18001, HACCP).
Increase Food Safety Awareness at all levels within the organization.

Coordinate the QHSE trainings of the site employees, and conduct QHSE Induction at HQ.

Provide mobilization support to all new sites, conduct pre-opening Food hygiene & safety inspection and make recommendations accordingly to findings
Analyze and report key performance measures related to food safety and hygiene.
Monitor compliance with hygiene requirements across Sodexo Singapore
To review and conduct Workplace Safety Risk assessments
To conduct internal OHS audit
To conduct, as necessary, the safety inspection of any Sodexo sites
To coordinate the training of personnel in areas of safety, including first aid, CPR, accident prevention and investigation, work place inspections and other matters related to implementing safety
To respond to employees’ safety concerns
To investigate and report on all serious/critical personal injury accidents occurring to staff and/or visitors to the appropriate senior official, and to assist in the investigation of all accidents/incidents
To assume other duties as may be assigned.
Skills, Knowledge & Experience
Good knowledge of Hygiene and Food Safety.
Diploma or Degree in Food Science and Technology, Food and Beverage Management or other relevant academics/ Workplace Safety and Health, registered WSHO
Experience in conducting Hygiene Audits and Reviews
Experience in working in a multi-cultural environment
Min. 2 years in the field of HSE with preference in experience in Food Service / or Facilities Services
Following certifications/training a plus: FSCC, ISO 22000, HACCP, Biz Safe Level 2 Risk Management course, Internal auditor training course in Food Safety Management System
Good training skills
Knowledge of Singapore Hygiene and Food safety regulations preferred
Operational knowledge and experience in managing catering units preferred
Excellent time management skills & communication skills
Great team player

Key responsibilities
