Join our team and assist the QEHS Manager to support and administer the Quality, Environmental, Health, and Safety management systems within the precious metal industry. You will help facilitate audits, maintain documentation, support continual improvement initiatives, and work closely with operational teams to ensure compliance and safety.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting internal and external audit activities (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001)
- Assisting in incident investigations and corrective action follow-ups
- Maintaining QEHS documentation and records on SharePoint
- Conducting training and awareness sessions
- Ensuring adherence to Quality, Safety, Health, and Environmental standards

- Implement and maintain WSH programs for shipyard and marine oil & gas operations in Singapore. Ensure compliance with Singapore WSH Act, MOM codes, MPA requirements and company policies.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and enforce WSH and permit-to-work procedures (hot work, confined space, lifting/rigging, work-at-height, blasting/painting).
- Conduct inspections, risk assessments, JHAs, toolbox talks and pre-mobilization checks; track corrective actions.
