Summary
- Assist in execution and management of FM services under Electrical Engineering.
- Assist in operation, maintenance, modification, replacement activities.
- Support auditing/monitoring KPIs of maintenance services by vendors/providers.
- Support cyclical projects and improvements
Responsibilities
- To assist engineer or manager in overseeing preventive & corrective maintenance scheduling & coordination work. Manage Maintenance Agent or Specialist Contractor day-to-day works for electrical system such as High Tension Panels, LV Main Switchboard, Emergency Main Switchboards, Transformers, Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS), Generators, all Sub-boards/Emergency Sub-boards.
- Assist in overseeing preventive/corrective maintenance for electrical systems.
- Manage Maintenance Agents/Specialist Contractors for electrical systems.
- Oversee outsourced maintenance providers and specialist vendors.
- Ensure prompt recovery for equipment/system breakdowns.
- Assist in improvements projects, renovations, retrofits, and upgrades.
- Provide advisory/support for troubleshooting and recommend replacements.
- Prepare technical specs, drawings, cost estimates for projects.
- Oversee outsourced team safety and maintenance standards.
- Ensure prompt service recovery for breakdowns.
Requirement
- Diploma or Higher Nitec/Nitec in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Familiar with design, installation, commissioning and maintenance of electrical systems & equipment.
- Prior experience in management of electrical services and facilities operation as well as improvement projects will be an advantage.
- Conversant in reading and interpreting architectural and M&E schematic drawings.
- Conversant in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD. Ability to use 3D perspective drawing software such as BIM will be an added advantage.

- Experience in managing the detailed design of electrical distribution systems for facilities of similar complexity and scale as the project.
- Having some relevant ICA knowledge would be advantageous.
- Meticulous and analytical with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Able to work under tight deadlines.

Role Summary
Electrical Engineering Lead plays a critical role for the design and construction of both our greenfield and brownfield data centers in APAC region. His/her responsibilities include designing new data centers, remodeling, and deploying the existing ones, with expertise in electrical engineering.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop new greenfield and brownfield data centers.
- Assist in datacenter remodeling work and deploying additional services into existing data halls.
- Lead and work as a part of a team to create concept design schemes.
- Produce prospectus for potential designs.
- Manage the lead design consultant to produce and ensure the completeness of relevant designs and documentations.
- Follow relevant procedures and obtain necessary approvals.
- Create relevant procedures when necessary.
- Keep documentation up to date.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering

- MEP work phasing and logistics.
- Be knowledgeable in electrical, telecommunication, structural, architectural, quantity survey, cost estimation, project management, construction management and facilities management.
- Experience in design, construction, and commissioning of Medium/Low voltage /High Voltage electrical distribution systems, AC/DC systems, and associated power management/SCADA tools.
- Prior knowledge on power system condition monitoring.
- Self-motivated. Adaptable. Good communication skills.
