Salary Package: Basic + Shift Allowances + Site Allowances + AWS + Variable Bonus
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct routine checks, start-up, and shutdown procedures for process equipment such as pumps, compressors, and valves.
- Perform filter replacements and other routine maintenance tasks.
- Isolate piping systems during plant start-ups, shutdowns, product changeovers, or troubleshooting activities.
- Adjust process parameters under the guidance of Supervisors to optimize performance.
- Commission and decommission process equipment as needed.
- Execute emergency shutdown procedures and support plant safety protocols.
- Manage and blend non-conforming or off-specification products responsibly.
- Prepare equipment for scheduled maintenance and servicing.
- Mix and dilute chemicals accurately for use in process operations.
- Carry out inter-tank transfers of chemicals and finished products in compliance with quality standards.
- Participate in emergency response activities, drills, and safety exercises.
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level, NITEC, Diploma in Chemical Process Technology or related discipline
- At least 3 years' working experience as Process Technician in a chemical industry

+ Assisting engineer to work on developing process technology for advanced CVD / PVD processes
+ Responsible for performing basic recipe and CH troubleshooting during process runs and implement changes based on directions from the engineer
+ Owner for the execution of module process, data collection for measurement & inspection and sharing of data with the engineer
+ Interact with internal and external CH and metrology tool owners to align for tool time, execute process sequence and collect data to feedback to engineer
+ Occasional over-time to support process engineering support activities

Reporting to Shift Supervisor, this position will execute and maintain manufacturing process operations by physically performing the task of process control, equipment monitoring and in-process analysis to ensure the production process strictly follows company safety standards and environmental regulations and product quality is within customer's requirement.
