• Analyze, design, implement, and monitor business processes to ensure they support Carro’s strategic objectives and operational needs.
• Identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement in existing workflows, using data-driven analysis and process mapping tools.
• Collaborate with team members across functions and business units to gather requirements, map current processes, and recommend enhancements.
• Lead and manage process improvement projects, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and team oversight.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the effectiveness of process improvements and report on outcomes.
• Support the integration of GenAI tools to optimize business processes; these include prompt engineering related tasks i.e., design, test, and refine prompts used in ChatGPT to ensure they generate accurate, relevant, and contextually appropriate responses for various business applications.

Job Requirements

• Experience: At least 2-5 years of experience in business process management or a related field, with a proven track record of leading process improvement initiatives

Job:

• Ensure process capability and continuous improvement plans to meet customer expectations

o Meeting customer requirements on process control, product quality, yield and reliability

o Continuously improve process performance (Cpk, I.I, Rework Rate, Lot 1st Pass Rate)

o Fulfill 10-Step PCE (Process Control Engineering) requirement

o Review process capability periodically and explore opportunity for cost/ productivity/ cycle time improvement

o Qualifying new process, material, equipment for productivity/ cost/ capacity

• Line troubleshooting and material disposition

• Develop and update process technology roadmap

• Resources planning to ensure timely execution to meet objective set

• Provide progress report at the end of every workweek, month and quarter

• Conduct quarterly performance review together with equipment engineering team

• Perform Level 2 Gemba walk

• Continuously educate and improve technical knowledge of team members through forums, training sessions

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering/Chemistry/Physics/Material Science or its equivalent

• Minimum 8 years working experience in Wafer Fab or Bump Fab

• Minimum 3 years working at Management level

Director Project Management for OSAT Fab Facility in Semiconductor businessOverview:The Project Director for OSAT / FAB Construction is responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of the construction project from inception to completion, ensuring it is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.This pivotal role requires strong leadership, strategic vision, and expertise in managing large-scale construction projects in the semiconductor industry. The ideal candidate shall have 15-20 years of experience leading and executing OSAT / FAB / Clean Room facilities for semiconductor manufacturers.Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes including the Civil and MEP systems involved is desirable. Direct construction experience desirable.Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement overall project strategy in alignment with organizational priorities and client requirements. Lead project planning activities and oversee all phases of construction projects including Testing and Commissioning and Handover. Establish project milestones, deliverables, and performance metrics to monitor progress. Build and lead a multidisciplinary project team fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Supervise and mentor project managers and other team members. Serve as the primary point of contact and maintain positive relations with key stakeholders while managing expectations. Manage project budgets and Implement cost-saving strategies. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, building codes & safety standards. Develop risk management strategies to minimize project disruptions and maintain continuity.
