Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Readiness to work across geographies and occasional travel, if required
You will require the following qualifications and skills
Bachelor’s degree in business management, process control management, or engineering is required.
Hands on working experience of using tools like Microsoft Visio is a must
Lean, Six Sigma (LSS) and Business Process Management trained
Thorough knowledge of QMS, ISO 9001 and SOP documentation.
Good knowledge of process improvement methodologies, like Lean, Six Sigma, 8D, RCA, etc.
Some working experience in Operations and Finance processes would be an added advantage
Ability to build a process improvement culture, demonstrating flexibility and initiative in achieving the desired outcome.
Experience in delivering training programs on Quality and Process Improvement will be preferred.
Excellent analytical skills: Review and provide direction on projects/ programs (Data driven approach)
