Responsibilities

• Determine Origin of Deviation, Isolate Cause, and Dispose Deviation Lots
• Manage product deviations through investigation, identification, notification, containment, documentation, and disposition
• Maintain knowledge of department equipment, materials, and processes to identify cause(s) of deviation
• Maintain understanding of equipment technology and packaging/testing techniques
• Troubleshoot deviations using systematic troubleshooting techniques
• Identify product deviations and determine how the deviation affects each product type
• Complete and dispose lots on hold for QDR team
• Provide passdowns that are detailed, accurate, and complete including written notes when appropriate
• Extract data from a variety of sources/tools such as EUI, ETI, MAM, AOST tools, etc
• Address and keep supervisor informed of all issues in a timely fashion
• Assist supervisor to ensure issues are addressed appropriately and in a timely and consistent manner

Requirements

Performs electrical or mechanical troubleshooting to determine problems in non-functioning electro-mechanical equipment used in the manufacturing process. Dismantles, adjusts, repairs and assembles equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, operating or repair manuals, rough sketches or drawings. Uses test and diagnostic equipment to perform checkouts. Rebuilds manufacturing equipment as required. May perform equipment modifications as directed by engineers.

Senior Instrumentation and Controls Specialist

This role involves leading a team of engineers on various projects, including SCADA, plant controls, telecommunications networks, and related systems. The successful candidate will oversee the development of project requirements, prepare technical submissions, and review client-provided documents for compliance with project specifications.

• Review engineering designs and prepare project scope of work, datasheets, requirements, calculations, analyses, and specifications.
• Review and approve engineering deliverables.
• Provide field support during construction, commissioning, and operations.
• Validate engineering databases and coordinate closely with the project management team, other discipline engineers, and operations teams as the I&C discipline focal point within the SLNG project team.

• Minimum 15 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, including at least 5 years in LNG industry.
• Experience in floating LNG projects or has performed roles as Electrical Technical Officer will be considered a strong advantage.
• Familiar with both international and local codes & standards.
• Knowledge of SP tools and SPPID, SPI, and SP3D is essential.

Job Description:

• The incumbent operates all equipment and facilities in assigned section safely and efficiently.
• Works closely with other members in a team and within the framework of current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP), Safety, Quality and Continuous Improvement
• Manages the GM/RF, press butter filtering and pressing operation
• Monitors and control of the process parameter to optimize the production output
• Takes personal responsibility for quality in all aspects that will have impact on product quality such as:

a. Collect in-process samples (Liquor, butter & cake) to check the Ph, color, Fat & FFA results

b. Cleaning of liquor and cake magnets

c. Replacing of press felt rope when found the liquor leaking from pots

d. Replacing of filter

e. Collect cake and scrapper sample for micro check

• Carries out other related duties as assigned by supervisor such as:

a. Bagging of nibs from MD collector bag

b. Updating of ISO documents

• Communicates clearly with leader and colleague at the end of the shift by highlighting the production status, output and any items bearing on safety, quality and efficiency.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE’O’ or Diploma from Polytechnic or equivalent
• Holder of Nitec with some experience in related field
• Food production experience in a factory environment preferred

For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $136,000 - $200,000 per year and an additional uncapped commission.

The deployments will normally take the form of 3 to 6 months project assignments, during which up to 50% of the consultant’s time may be spent at site. Project locations will typically be in North America but may also be global. The industries concerned will span across the entire process sector: from oil refining and petrochemicals to power generation, pulp and paper and food and beverage.

• Knowledge of modeling of dynamic processes;

Position Summary

The Quality Assurance (QA) Supervisor is responsible for overseeing inspection activities to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials and products that meet quality standards.

Candidates with experience in the semiconductor industry are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead and supervise team of QA inspectors overseeing daily QA operation activities.
• Provide all support related to inspection results, daily output, and other related documentation.
• Ensure raw materials, components, and finished products are inspected in accordance with specifications and quality requirements.
• Assist Quality Engineers in the deployment of work instructions and training of new hires.
• Timely and accurate reporting of non-conformance.
• Participate in root cause investigations and troubleshooting activities as needed.
• Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the superior.

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• At least 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in semiconductor manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and illustrations.
• Skilled in performing inspection or measurement under microscope and use various metrology tools for inspection.
• Familiar with use of instruments like micro-meter, vernier, profile projector and other measuring and test equipment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows applications and email communication.
• Experience with CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machines) is an advantage.
• Perform shift work & support over-time when required
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
