Responsibilities and requirements:
· Resolve incidents impacting users swiftly and efficiently
· Thorough investigation and communication throughout the incident lifecycle
· Proactive identification of workarounds
· Effective coordination of stakeholders during significant incidents
· Clear and timely communication to users, senior management, and other IT stakeholders
· Handle user requests promptly and effectively
· Prioritizing requests based on urgency and impact
· Escalating requests when necessary while remaining the primary point of contact for the user
· Drive sustainable solutions to prevent recurring issues
· Identifying root causes of incidents and defining remediation actions
· Proposing solutions such as feature development, automation, or online help updates for recurring requests
· Serve as the primary communication channel between IT and stakeholders
· Collaboration with other support engineers, users, and other stakeholders
· Potential involvement in complementary tasks such as testing or business analysis
· Follow Run processes, standards, and recommendations provided by the Run Control Tower, actively contributing to their improvement
· Candidates should have 1-3 years’ experience in relevant activities, and possess ITIL knowledge
Skills
· Good knowledge in SQL, UNIX platform
· Experience in scripting languages such as Python, Shell script and PowerShell
· Knowledge of DevOps tools & technologies like GitLab, Ansible, Jenkins, Elastic Search, Grafana, Prometheus, Kibana, Control-M, KAFKA, Confluence, Jira, and MQ Series
· Experience with Docker/Kubernetes
· Knowledge of Cloud platforms and services

Job PurposeProvide comprehensive secretarial support to the Managing Director and deliver hands-on office administration to ensure smooth daily operations. This role reports to the Managing Director and works closely with the Administrative Manager .
Key Responsibilities1) Secretarial Support to MD / Leadership
- Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and organise internal/external meetings.
- Prepare, organise, and file physical/digital documents for accurate record-keeping and quick retrieval.
- Arrange end-to-end business travel (flights, hotels, visas, itineraries) and support event logistics .
- Handle expense reports and basic financial documentation.

2) Front Desk & Office Management
- Keep the front desk presentable and professional ; welcome and assist guests.
- Manage meeting room bookings and hospitality (refreshments, catering).

- Coordinate hotel reservations and transport for visitors and staff when required.
