Job Description
This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of Participating and Investment-Linked products by driving innovative and sustainable pricing strategies. As a key contributor to our mission of delivering competitive and customer-centric solutions, the successful candidate will influence product design, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration. They will gain exposure to strategic decision-making, enhance actuarial modeling capabilities, and play a pivotal role in business planning. This position also provides a platform for professional growth through leadership, technical mentorship, and engagement with diverse stakeholders.
Position Responsibilities:
- Perform the pricing of Participating/Investment-Linked (ILP) products, contribute innovative ideas to deliver competitive and sustainable product designs.
- Present and communicate pricing recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, drive sound pricing decisions and support risk management objectives.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Operations, Risk Management and other internal teams to ensure seamless implementation of new products.
- Support internal governance and regulatory review processes for product approval.
- Refine pricing methodologies, enhance actuarial models and tools, and provide technical guidance to junior team members.
- Contribute to the annual business planning process by analyzing key financials, product performance and market opportunities.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience; prior pricing or product development experience is an advantage.
- Commercially minded with strong business acumen. Proactive, solution-oriented and keen to bring fresh perspectives to product design and pricing.
- Clear and confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
- A dependable team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good progress in actuarial exams
