Job Scope:
- Attend to customers' inquiries via email
- Analyse customers' requirements, prepare seafreight or airfreight quotations
- Ensure shipping activities are communicated with customers & operations teams
- Develop excellent relationship with Customers
- Ability to provide alternative solutions in the event of shipment delay or cancellation
- Ensure all billing are complete timely
- Ensure customer payments are up-to date
- Prepare monthly sale and management reports
Requirements:
