The primary function of this role is to scrutinize the AIA ILP NAV reports prepared by the Fund Administrator. Daily, the incumbent will place trades and verify the accuracy of the securities prices in the ILP.
Key Responsibilities:- Verify daily ILP bond prices are complete and approved by Fund Managers before 12 noon.
- Investigate any stale bond prices or large variances.
- Ensure timely and accurate placement of ILP daily trades with the Fund Manager's Registrar, minimizing financial loss due to trade placement error oversight.
- Verify fund administrator inputs security prices accurately, account for all subscription and redemption trades, and proper accruals of management fees in the NAV reports daily before 5:30 pm.
- Daily trade placement with Custodian for Asset Evolution and uploading prices to Integral Life.
- Perform monthly holdings reconciliation for AIA ILP funds and Asset Evolution.
- Preparation of the AIA ILP Semi/Annual Fund reports for Direct Investment Linked Funds.
- Verification of trailer fees statements from fund houses and custody invoices from Custodian.
- Maintain excellent relationship with Fund Houses, custodian, and Fund Administrator.
- Bachelor's degree holder, preferably in Business Administration, Accounting, Banking and Finance or other related fields.
- At least 3 years' work experience in Accounting and Banking or Finance industries.
