Operations Management

Security Management

• Oversee daily security operations and manage outsourced security personnel
• Manage morning drop-off points and monitor CCTV footage requests
• Administer staff card access systems and parking decal issuance

Project Management

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise renovation, repair, and improvement projects
• Prepare specification documents and reports for procurement processes
• Supervise contractors to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Verify project completion and quality assurance prior to payment processing

Event & Logistics Support

• Assist in event logistics, including venue setup and equipment movement
• Support daily operational logistics as needed

• Diploma in Facilities Management or equivalent qualification preferred; candidates with 5+ years relevant experience will be considered
• Minimum 3 years' experience in facilities management, including security personnel oversight, preferably in an educational environment

• Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance protocols, and safety standards

As an Operations Executive, you will play a pivotal role within our dynamic team to shape the future of global supply chain. You work at the heart of our container terminals to build your core operations knowledge.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible and accountable for effectively managing the day to day operations/allocated contract sites and staffs by providing highest quality to employees and Clients.
• Conduct security and safety risk assessment surveys of the assignment allocated.
• conduct investigations and vet incident reports submitted by the secutiy team and prepare AAR of the incident.
• Ensure all site requirements according to the site file and in compliance with PLRD.
• Ensure100% compliance of security personnel deployed to contractual headcount, turnout and bearing, discipline, licensing conditions and code of conduct.
• Ensure prompt distribution of site officers welfare items, stationaries, equipments, memos, letters and forms.
• Ensure all leave application forms, including MC or any other related matter are being followed up and hardcopy or electronic copy must be submitted
• Ensure monthly reports for every site are being delivered to Clients and documents submitted for billings.
• Submission of weekly roster for all sites allocated are promptly updated.
• Overall in-charge of the day-to-day operations of security personnel redeployment to the sites preventing shortfalls.
• Conduct OJT training for new hires and conduct a refresher on SOP.
