What you will do:

  • Leading and managing a engineering team members. monitoring, mentoring, and guiding people through every task to ensure that working employees have the required resources and needs to complete their tasks effectively.

  • Responsible to deliver high quality technical solution and engineering deliverables aligned with project schedule to achieve revenue, margin, and customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate across functions (project delivery, sales, backend engineering teams, procurement, and product management) to ensure on time delivery and cost reduction.

  • Provide direction to engineering team for all engineering assigned to his/her group, including the planning, design, estimation, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Maintain engineering integrity of all projects, ensures quality, technical, administrative, and financial requirements are met.

  • Monitors, assesses, records and reports status, issues, risks and activities in process to meet scheduled deployment and project objectives.

How you will do it:

  • Works with Global Complex Engineering Leaders to drive strategic initiates for Singapore to improve overall engineering efficiency.

  • Work with Project/ Branch Managers for engineering delivery plan and priorities.

  • Plans, implement and manage the activities of the engineering team responsible for the design and implementation.

  • Work with JCI sales team, customers, consultants, and architects to meet accurate design goals.

  • Creates and implements sound business plan to provide cost efficient services for targeted revenue growth and margin improvement.

  • Complements project delivery team by developing value added engineering designs to varied applications of systems.

  • Work with local suppliers and procurement team for technical clarifications of the 3rd party solutions/products.

  • Ensure consistency of field installation delivery through design plans and other documents as required.

  • Establish and maintain a high level of quality design functionality to customers for maximum retention.

  • Track KPI and take corrective actions for engineering team.

  • Support deployment of Global Engineering and Operations Management tools for the region.

  • Resource planning, hiring and competency development of the team to support business growth.

  • Work with Training Manager to ensure engineering team capabilities and certification levels to match local requirement.

What we look for:

  • Bachelor of Engineering Degree or similar

  • Proven track record of developing and leading teams

  • 5-10 years’ experience in engineering (Controls, CCTV, Access Controls etc.) and HVAC solution development.

  • Background should include the ability to successfully manage multiple challenges, prioritize responsibilities and effectively lead matrix organization.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and disciplines.

  • Ability to budget and perform cost analysis.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to effectively manage and motivate team members.

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Windows applications, Microsoft Projects, and web-based tools for design and sizing.

  • Ability to create various MIS reports and presentations.

What you will do:

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the design, implementation, integration, and commissioning of Building Management Systems (BMS) for mission-critical data center facilities. This role requires deep technical knowledge of BMS platforms, data center infrastructure systems, and strong project management skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards while meeting uptime and operational requirements.

How you will do it:

1. Project Planning & Execution  

  • Define BMS project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with data center design and operational requirements. 
  • Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. 
  • Coordinate with design consultants, MEP engineers, IT teams, and BMS vendors to ensure integrated project delivery.

2. Technical Oversight

  • Oversee BMS design reviews, ensuring compliance with specifications, data center Tier standards, and client requirements. 
  • Ensure integration of BMS with other systems, including: 
  • Electrical Systems: UPS, switchgear, generator control panels. 
  • Mechanical Systems: chillers, CRAC/CRAH units, cooling towers, pumps.
  • Validate control logic, graphics, and alarm strategies.
  • Supervise installation, point-to-point testing, and commissioning.

3. Stakeholder & Vendor Management  

  • Manage vendor selection, tender evaluation, and contract negotiations for BMS packages.
  • Coordinate between multiple stakeholders including client, consultants, contractors, and equipment suppliers. 
  • Organize and lead project coordination meetings, documenting progress and action items.

4. Risk, Safety, and Compliance  

  • Identify risks related to schedule, quality, and integration; implement mitigation plans.
  • Ensure all works comply with workplace safety, data center operational protocols. 

5. Testing, Commissioning & Handover

  • Lead Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT).
  • Oversee system integration testing (SIT) and Integrated Systems Testing (IST).
  • Ensure proper documentation: as-built drawings, operation manuals, and training materials. 
  • Manage smooth handover to operations teams.

What we look for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Controls Engineering.
  • PMP®, PRINCE2®, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
  • Knowledge of BMS platforms such as Jace Easy IO Tridium Niagra, Siemens Desigo, Honeywell EBI, or Johnson Controls Metasys.
  • 5–10 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in BMS projects for mission-critical facilities or large commercial buildings.
  • Proven track record in delivering complex BMS integrations for enterprise-level data center projects.

  • Ensure strict compliance with Health, Safety, and Fire regulations, as well as company policies across all project activities.

  • Verify the receipt of all relevant certifications, correspondence, documents, drawings, and financial records are maintained for each project.

  • Provide technical support as needed to other departments within the organization to ensure project cohesion.

  • Conduct comprehensive project analysis and produce clear progress reports for management as required, facilitating informed decision-making.

  • Understand and define the limits of the project scope of work, including the criteria for initiating a change order.

  • Knowledgeably identify the notice requirements for constructive changes, project delays, or acceleration needs throughout the project's timeline.

  • Determine job pricing strategies (including fixed price, T&M, GMP, etc.) that align with project goals and client expectations.

  • Be familiar with project closeout requirements to ensure successful completion and client satisfaction.

  • Understand the terms outlined in the contract or performance period to maintain compliance and avoid disputes.

  • Comprehend the process for contract amendments and change orders as specified in the relevant agreement.

  • Conduct the pre-job meeting effectively to ensure all team members understand project objectives and roles.

  • Invite all relevant project team members to the pre-job meeting (including Operations Manager, Operations Reporting Controls, and Safety personnel).

  • Prepare and distribute an agenda prior to the pre-job meeting to maximize productivity.

  • Review the minutes from the pre-job meeting and circulate them to all attendees to ensure clarity on decisions made and actions assigned.

What we look for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Power, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field with minimum of 5 years of extensive experience in construction, design, and cost management as an Electrical/Mechanical Project Manager or a similar role in a Commercial, Institutional, and Industrial setting.

  • Possessing knowledge of HVAC systems is required.

  • Proficiency in AUTOCAD, REVIT, Microsoft Office Suite (Project, Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, and PowerPoint), along with estimation software (Accubid & MEP).

  • Experience in managing large commercial, institutional, and industrial projects valued at N10 million and above is preferred.

Identifies gaps and provides technical expertise in business requirements for system functional specifications and scales new and current analytics solutions, processes, and procedures in a cost-effective manner. Supports the requirements analysis, design, development processes; plans and executes the integration and acceptance testing to meet business requirements. Designs details of automated systems in analytics. May lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues. May be client-focused, working in conjunction with Professional Services and Outsourcing functions.

• Performs analysis and design activities for the development of business intelligence solutions.

• Works collaboratively with business communities and cross-functional IT functional resources on business intelligence solutions requirements gathering

• Documents business process flows and systems design flows

• Performs gaps analysis based on requirements provided by internal and external customers – identifying missing information, grouping and consolidating similar requirements, reusing, and repurposing existing available solutions

• Conducts training and knowledge share with support team members, deliver demos to business, and train the site users on analytics tools and related solutions

• Takes part in scrum meetings and provides progress updates to Management regularly

• Guides and assists the creation and maintenance of business requirements documents (BRD) and in getting the buy-in from stakeholders

• Prepares and reviews Functional/Technical Specifications documents to be consumed and augmented by IT developers, if required

• Prepares test cases for analytics reporting solutions – visuals content testing, data measures verification, data quality, and data reconciliation

• Knowledge of functional areas related to supply chain, manufacturing, finance will be advantageous.

• Demonstrates a commitment to customer service; anticipates, meets and exceeds expectations by solving problems with agility while keeping the focus on assigned priorities.

Skills & Experiences Required:

• Degree in Analytics, Data Science, Supply Chain, MIS, Statistics, Business disciplines preferred.

• Minimum of 3 years or more working experience, preferably in data analytics related area

• Working experience with data related to any of the following areas: Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Finance, planning, logistics will be advantageous.

• Proven track record of delivering business intelligence analytics solutions

• Good communicator and able to tell the story with data

• Able to effectively query data using scripts such as SQL, Python, R

• Hands on experience in any BI or Microsoft Power tools such as Power BI, Power App, Power Automate, Mendix, Quick Sight, etc.

• Hands on experience in any enterprise ERP system, preferably SAP will be advantageous.

• Understanding of Cloud based technology trend– AWS, Azure, Snowflake & etc.

• Good understanding and experience working in an Agile environment with at least 2 cycles of development experience using the Agile project management methodology.

  • Provide overall leadership and management for assigned events, overseeing sales, administration, and project delivery.
  • Lead the event management lifecycle including pre-event preparation, on-site execution, and post-event closing activities.
  • Act as primary liaison with clients, vendors, exhibitors, and other stakeholders to ensure all project requirements and expectations are met.
  • Handle client enquiries and requests, ensuring timely and professional communication.
  • Manage and ensure project implementation aligns with client expectations, quality standards, and company objectives.
  • Collaborate with clients on project requirements and design concepts for events and exhibitions.
  • Generate innovative ideas and concepts in collaboration with the creative team.
  • Oversee the coordination with in-house and client designers on 2D/3D visual design proposals, submissions, and approvals.
  • Prepare and review proposals, quotations, budgets, and cost analyses to ensure profitable project execution.
  • Conduct site inspections and surveys to assess logistical and operational needs.
  • Coordinate with event venue operators and external vendors for setup, logistics, audio, video, lighting, and other technical arrangements.
  • Manage timelines, production schedules, and ensure smooth setup and teardown operations.
  • Oversee submission of risk assessments, permits, and ensure all safety regulations and requirements are met at event venues.
  • Manage administrative duties and other matters assigned by senior management.
  • Mentor and supervise project executives and coordinators to enhance team performance and project delivery.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree/Diploma in events management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in MICE/Event Management industry.
  • Good business acumen skills with the ability to execute budget and costing analysis in developing appropriate pricing strategies to identify opportunities and evaluate potential outcomes.
  • Attention to details.
  • Possess technical knowledge in conceptual design drawing, floor plan, furniture, material, and finishing will be an added advantage.
  • Able to read construction drawings and visualise 2D/3D design presentations.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Reporting to General Manager, you will assist with the company to manage the project from planning to delivery within quality, cost, and safety.
  2. Responsible for the successful implementation and completion of the projects under development.
  3. Involved in all stages of projects from conceptualization, schematic design, detail design, documentation and construction till completion.
  4. Assist in ensuring accurate preparation, execution of all project activities and successful completion of construction projects undertaken by the Group within scheduled cost, time and quality.
  5. Liaise closely with subcontractors, architects, consultants and authorities; set guidelines and provide expertise and supervision to the team.
  6. Ensure that the appointed sub-contractors are able to complete works within the schedule and comply with the technical and contractual requirements and ensure compliance with contract requirements.
  7. Monitor the quality of project delivery to make sure they meet project requirements and regulations.
  8. Ensure that they are within the budget allotted, within the schedule planned and with a high level of quality workmanship.

The Requirements

  1. Degree with min 8 – 12 years’ experience.
  2. Proven track record of project experience in residential property developments and constructions.
  3. Good understanding of Authority submissions and approval procedures.
  4. Able to work with sub contractors / consultants to secure all necessary planning and technical clearances.
  5. Ability to deal effectively with all consultants, construction teams, and relevant authorities.
