This role offers a hands-on opportunity to drive the expansion of Mastercard Send across Asia Pacific, managing both strategic initiatives and day-to-day product operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and manage the regional product roadmap, aligning with global strategy and market needs.
• arket Expansion: Collaborate with country teams and subject matter experts to identify viable opportunities, develop go-to-market strategies, and launch new features and use cases.
• C oss-functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (e.g., engineering, operations, legal, compliance) to ensure successful product launches and resolve production issues.

What you will do:
The Senior Project Engineer will lead the technical delivery of Building Management System (BMS) projects for mission-critical data centers. This includes detailed engineering design, system integration, testing, and commissioning. The role requires advanced technical expertise in BMS platforms, strong understanding of data center MEP systems, and the ability to manage subcontractors, suppliers, and junior engineers to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
How you will do it:
Engineering & Design
- Review and interpret project specifications, drawings, and client requirements for BMS scope.
- Prepare engineering documentation including I/O schedules, control panel layouts, control logic sequences, and system architecture diagrams.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and data center Tier requirements.
- Coordinate integration of BMS with:
- Electrical Systems: UPS, switchgear, generators, PDUs.

What you will do:
Leading and managing a engineering team members. monitoring, mentoring, and guiding people through every task to ensure that working employees have the required resources and needs to complete their tasks effectively.
Responsible to deliver high quality technical solution and engineering deliverables aligned with project schedule to achieve revenue, margin, and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate across functions (project delivery, sales, backend engineering teams, procurement, and product management) to ensure on time delivery and cost reduction.
Provide direction to engineering team for all engineering assigned to his/her group, including the planning, design, estimation, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Maintain engineering integrity of all projects, ensures quality, technical, administrative, and financial requirements are met.
Monitors, assesses, records and reports status, issues, risks and activities in process to meet scheduled deployment and project objectives.
How you will do it:
Works with Global Complex Engineering Leaders to drive strategic initiates for Singapore to improve overall engineering efficiency.
Work with Project/ Branch Managers for engineering delivery plan and priorities.
Plans, implement and manage the activities of the engineering team responsible for the design and implementation.
Work with JCI sales team, customers, consultants, and architects to meet accurate design goals.
Creates and implements sound business plan to provide cost efficient services for targeted revenue growth and margin improvement.
Complements project delivery team by developing value added engineering designs to varied applications of systems.
Work with local suppliers and procurement team for technical clarifications of the 3rd party solutions/products.
Ensure consistency of field installation delivery through design plans and other documents as required.
Establish and maintain a high level of quality design functionality to customers for maximum retention.
Track KPI and take corrective actions for engineering team.
Support deployment of Global Engineering and Operations Management tools for the region.
Resource planning, hiring and competency development of the team to support business growth.
Work with Training Manager to ensure engineering team capabilities and certification levels to match local requirement.
What we look for:
Bachelor of Engineering Degree or similar
Proven track record of developing and leading teams
5-10 years’ experience in engineering (Controls, CCTV, Access Controls etc.) and HVAC solution development.
Possess knowledge in PLC programming & Tridium Niagara software
Tridium Niagara certification is required for this role.
Background should include the ability to successfully manage multiple challenges, prioritize responsibilities and effectively lead matrix organization.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and disciplines.
Ability to budget and perform cost analysis.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to effectively manage and motivate team members.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Windows applications, Microsoft Projects, and web-based tools for design and sizing.
Ability to create various MIS reports and presentations.

Acts as on-site project leader to plan, execute, and complete assigned projects. Delegates tasks to execute and fully complete assigned projects. Coordinates communication with customer during all phases of the project. Coordinates the work of subcontractors.

Plan and oversee work schedule for the multiple small to medium scale project under responsibility, in coordination with supervisor.

Hand over project to customer and later to service team.
What we look for:
Degree with minimum 8 years relevant experience, (ITC) 8 years relevant experience or 8 years of relevant experience in Building Services, M&E or construction
Excel, Word and Project essential
2 years of supervisory experience
Familiar with BMS or ELV is a must
Require interaction with clients, consultants and sub-contractors, etc.
Need to work odd hours as and when required, whenever the work need to be done on time.

Accountabilities
Manage Tier3 (T3, <5M€) projects on site
Pilot early project optioneering
Drive site Capex committees; Manage evaluation and prioritization of site project and process improvement initiatives. Decide on the initiation and manage funding of capital projects.
Provide project feasibility evaluation and technical front-end studies input to support decision making process with site leadership team and central function
Provide input to Site Master Plan and Strategy Planning
Manage project execution work packages, inclusive of contract management
Own deliverables associated with T3 project end-to-end workstream; from design, procurement, construction and C&Q
Advise on strategies to ensure all engineering activities comply with industry regulations and standards
As part of COP, work with global SME to review and upgrade standards, best Practices & Lessons Learned
Implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency, safety, and quality within the engineering and maintenance groups

About You
Degree or Master’s in Engineering (Chemical / Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial & Systems)
Minimum 10 years of experience in Project Management and Execution in biopharmaceuticals or API manufacturing
Proven track record in planning, executing, and monitoring large-scale projects.
In-depth knowledge of engineering & maintenance principles on pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
Regulatory Knowledge: Familiar with local statutory requirements, pharmaceutical industry regulations including GMP and FDA standards.
Process Engineering experience for biopharmaceutical or API manufacturing will be a plus.
PMP certification preferred
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical issues.
Commitment to quality and safety; compliance in all project phases
Strong people management skills and demonstrated ability to work with cross functional teams
