Raw Mat/Finished Goods Planner (Material Management Executive) - Your future position?

As a Material Management Executive at Givaudan, you will support the daily functions within Givaudan Supply Chain Management Team.

Reporting to: Supply Chain Manager

Main Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for Customer & Affiliate order demand and commit based on material availability to meet service delivery.
  2. Release of Process Order and release PO Schedules with close collaboration in the detailed schedule review with Production Planner ensuring it meets all Orders deadline.
  3. Manage daily raw material replenishment to support Customer orders and forecast, review and expedite raw material to support demand surges.
  4. Reduce and escalate issues related to orders, working with production, customer care and regional affiliates.
  5. Collaborate with Demand Planner and Customer care on Forecasting gaps so as to make Customer feel valued with order support.
  6. Close collaboration and communication with stakeholders eg. Manufacturing, Quality and Distribution regarding fulfilment of expedites.
  7. Work with Quality and Procurement Team to de-risk supply chain (Raw material / Packaging issues).
  8. Navigate unexpected Supply Changes and keep Operations on track.
  9. Balance cost-effective inventory levels with meeting Customer demand and ensure optimum inventory to meet Management Target at Month end and Year end.
  10. Implement Best practice (e.g. Reduce slow mover and Obsolete due to business loss/change).
  11. Review, plan and implement phase in and phase out on raw material and formula change.
  12. Responsible in Supply Chain Planning, with Finished Goods Planning and Raw Material Planning scope and perform any ad-hoc projects as part of Continuous Improvement initiative.

Main Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in business management, logistics, or a related field.
  2. At least 3 years of experience working in logistics or supply chain management. However, fresh graduates are welcome to apply too.
  3. Detailed knowledge of logistics and inventory management.
