As an Inventory Optimization Specialist , you will be a key contributor to our merchandising team, focused on balancing inventory levels with customer demand across selling channels.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Balancing omni-channel stock levels to optimize availability for the Vietnam warehouse and overseeing overall allocation, including executing strategy and managing initial allocation parameters.
  2. Driving inventory optimization by monitoring targets, supporting replenishment and push strategies, coordinating logistics, and improving stock accuracy through RFID routines.
  3. Executing and monitoring system setups to secure warehouse stock composition, optimizing SKU management, and collaborating with demand, supply, and logistics teams.
  4. Minimizing supply constraints and managing inbound/outbound garment flows to support logistic planning and sales.
  5. Following up on article prioritization frameworks to ensure store commerciality.

Works closely with cross-functional teams to develop strong allocation and replenishment strategies, reporting to the Regional Inventory Manager.
