Job Scope

  • Develop and maintain long terms trusting relationships with a portfolio of top advertisers to ensure they do not churn and move to competing platforms.
  • Continually acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Ensure the correct solutions are delivered to our top advertisers in a timely manner.
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal client teams.
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by top advertisers and deal with complaints in an efficient manner to maintain trust and protect revenue.
  • Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
  • Manage regular meetings with the top advertisers including weekly, monthly and quarterly business reviews.
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.

Job Requirements

  • A degree in business administration, sales or any relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience as Key Account Manager.
  • Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs.
  • Professional experience in digital media planning/buying, online advertising, or sales leadership within the agency industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.

Job Description

  • As a Key Account Manager, the candidate will manage and be responsible for handling the Company’s Key accounts.
  • Ensure that the company fulfills its service and performance standards as per agreed service level agreements
  • Manage key accounts expectations and work with internal stakeholders to deliver a consistent quality customer experience.
  • Be the point of contact for the Key Account on any matters.
  • Partner with the customers to understand their needs and provide effective solutions to the key accounts to ensure service excellence
  • Participate in Customer Relationship Management activities and initiatives to improve business relationships, customer retention and new businesses from existing customers with the objective of driving revenue from the respective key accounts
  • Participate in Key Accounts RFQs.
  • To resolve disputes and service issues effectively and amicably.
  • Collaborate across departments and work in partnership with Commercial and Operations teams to deliver logistics solutions and achieve service and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Possess 3 to 4 years of experience in a similar capacity.
  • Possess Tertiary qualifications.
  • Experience in logistics and Freight Forwarding, preferably in Energy and Projects verticals.
  • Possess commercial acumen.
  • Possess effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to make impactful presentations.
  • Self-motivated to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
