Roles & Responsibilities

· Identify and target potential clients and key accounts in semiconductor industries.

· Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.

· Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals and generate business.

Required/Preferred Qualifications:

· Both experienced professionals and fresh graduates/new industry joiners are encouraged to apply

· Strong understanding of semiconductor products, technologies, and the overall semiconductor manufacturing process.

· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building successful client relationships

· Experience with B2B sales and marketing, including lead generation, account management, and strategic planning.

A day in the life of.
  • Support National Account Manager in the channel/ customer’s thinking, to develop and implement channel/ customer’s strategies with a horizon of 6 - 18 months
  • Contribute to Integrated Commercial Planning by jointly developing channel/ customer plan with National Channel Manager with a horizon of 6 – 18 months
  • Understand and drive customer’s insights and developments Including Distributors.
  • Jointly manage channel/ customer sales and profitability to achieve sustainable growth
  • Ensure compliance/ provide support to all quality related activities identified in the NQMS Process Descriptions and Support Process Descriptions
  • Ensure compliance /provide support to all OHS related activities identified in OHSAS manual Clause 4.4.1
What will make you successful.
  • Category product knowledge within the fmcg industry
  • 5+ years commercial experience as demonstrated by channel or distributor management experience
  • Businessexperience within trade marketing, marketing/sales or commercial functions. Preferably with Trade Marketing/CCSD experience.
  • Demonstrated business planning & implementation skills (Project Management)
  • Financial implication and awareness (P&L statement, supply chain reports etc)
