Key Responsibilities
We aim to act as coaches and talent advisors for clients and IT candidates. This includes:
- Taking ownership of a new or existing named client account, preparing an account plan and building relationships to grow the portfolio of services.
- Creatively sourcing and engaging potential IT professionals through various channels.
- Evaluating candidates based on evidences of their overall skills, experience, and motivation aligned with the job description.
- Presentation of concise profile summaries of shortlisted candidates to clients.
- Facilitating the interview process for clients and candidates, ensuring delightful engagements.
- Effective management of critical moments of truths and pre-closures with delightful experiences for candidates.
Requirements
A graduate degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or any business/HR/engineering discipline is required. Additionally:
- Client account management for tech recruitment (270 degree) or 360 tech recruitment experience is mandatory for this role.
- Essential soft-skills include outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, along with a results-oriented mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to strategically source and judiciously screen candidates to pinpoint the ideal fit for our clients.
- Successful track-record in account management to service clients with desired speed and accuracy is necessary.
