Performs standard Tier I procedures including wafer measurement.
Performs preventative maintenance and wet cleans independently. Assists senior engineers with corrective maintenance as needed.
Disassembles, cleans and rebuilds kits as part of kit management quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting Technical Managers and Site Managers for any technical issues relating to scrubbers
  • Communicating with Japan to get proper answers/advice and feeding back to the site
  • Visiting sites to join PM/CM jobs ad-hoc tasks if necessary
  • Understanding CMS/SCADA systems and assisting site managers to select or complete jobs independently
  • Assisting site managers to complete DRE testing, including tool purchasing and communication with 3rd-party vendors
  • Managing claim reports issued by site managers
  • Following up on claim cases and assisting communication between site managers and TS Dept
Requirements:
  • Experience in Semiconductor Fab and Service Audit (advantageous)
  • Good understanding & knowledge of semiconductor facilities & processes (advantageous)
  • Willingness to travel daily to various sites
  • Responsibility, independence, and excellent customer service skills
