Job Scope

· Collect new Terminals and Work Order from office; return existing Terminals and completed Work Order to office

· Preparation and loading of terminals.

· Go onsite to various merchant locations to replace existing Terminals with new Terminals; train merchant on terminal usage

· Require merchants to sign the Work Order to confirm acceptance of the new Terminal and retrieval of old Terminal

. Check and confirm configuration and paperwork

· Fault Call to be done island wide in Singapore

Requirements

- No prior experience required as on-the-job training will be provided

- Good interpersonal communication skills

- Have motorbike and valid Class 2B motorcycle license

Job Details

- 4-days work shift

**Job Summary:**
The IT Support Technician serves as the front-line defense of client’s IT systems, providing essential support to ensure smooth and stable operations. 1. **Education:**
