    Overview

    Senior Systems Administrator to manage IT operations in Singapore and provide regional support across APAC. This is a unique opportunity for a self-starter who is comfortable with being the sole IT presence in Singapore and able to work independently.

    Responsibilities
    • Provide all levels of L1-L3 technical support and serve as the main point of contact for approximately 50 users in the Singapore office.
    • Manage a wide range of systems and services, including Windows Active Directory, Office 365, AWS, Azure, and network infrastructure.
    • Perform hands-on tasks like setting up laptops, troubleshooting user issues, and managing software licenses for applications such as MS Office and Zoom.
    • Serve as the key liaison between APAC, the US, and Europe for IT-related matters.
