We are seeking a motivated and service-oriented individual to join our team as an F&B Service Crew. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our outlet stations.

• You will operate outlet stations, prepare food and beverages, and ensure NEA safety and hygiene compliance.
• Your duties will also include delivering excellent customer service, supporting your team with ad hoc tasks, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

In addition to the responsibilities mentioned above, you will also be responsible for:

• Operating Outlet Stations: Prepare food and beverages, manage inventory, and maintain equipment to ensure seamless operations.
• Providing Excellent Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, serve food and beverages, and handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
• Maintaining Safety and Hygiene Compliance: Ensure that all food handling, preparation, and storage procedures meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Supporting Team Members: Assist colleagues with their tasks, provide guidance and support when needed, and contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment.

1. To provide excellent F&B service to guests
2. To take orders, serve guests and clear tables
3. Respond promptly to customer inquiries
4. Ensure the outlet is kept clean and tidy at all times
