Job Description

The Role:
We are seeking a dynamic leader to spearhead the planning and execution of development and enhancement projects for our venue. This role also oversees the facilities team and manages external vendors to ensure the venue remains operationally efficient, well-maintained, and aligned with long-term sustainability goals.

Responsibilities
  • Drive the strategic direction, budgeting, and delivery of all facility development, renovation, and expansion projects.

  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycles—from concept development and approvals to procurement, scheduling, execution, and quality assurance.

  • Supervise and ensure the effectiveness of preventive maintenance programs to maintain optimal facility performance.

  • Ensure all building operations comply with applicable codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.

  • Lead innovation initiatives in energy efficiency, smart technologies, sustainability, and overall asset management.

  • Provide timely updates and performance reports to senior leadership and key stakeholders.

  • Partner with internal departments—such as Engineering, Housekeeping, F&B, and Operations—to support facility enhancements and operational needs.

Requirements
  • At least 10 years of experience in facilities management and development, preferably within the hospitality, events, or commercial property sectors.

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.

  • Professional certifications such as Green Mark, Fire Safety Manager, or other sustainability-related credentials are highly desirable.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholder relationships.

  • Proven track record in managing outsourced facilities service providers.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.

  • Solid understanding of building infrastructure, sustainability standards, and project management best practices.
