Job Responsibilities
Regulatory Compliance
- Regulatory compliance for the Properties including the CERT team for the properties and timely renewal of statutory licences.
- Ensure that the properties operate in accordance to the WSH guideline
Property Maintenance
- Ensuring that the properties, equipment and fittings are maintained in accordance to the Operating Procedures and Requirement
- Project manage minor AEIs, repair and maintenance and ad-hoc works, including liaising with Consultants and Contractors
- Prepare the annual OPEX & CAPEX budget for the Properties
- Manage and track expense against budget
- Working with and/or support the contract and procurement manager to evaluate and recommend award of contracts under facilities management
