The Facilities maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for the following job duties:
- Supervise , coordinate and monitor project management works, renovation, A&A, infrastructure Improvement and upgrading related works .
- Conduct frequent site inspections to ensure quality standard of work and on-time delivery of materials according to schedule/design specification.
- Oversee project schedule to ensure project completion within schedule.
- Attend / Conduct project meetings with operations team / clients / consultants, contractors etc.
- Monitor progress and ensure all projects are executed smoothly and on time.
- Liaise closely with sub-contractors, consultants and relevant authorities to ensure smooth execution of project works. Coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards.
- Providing regular progress updates and reports to the management.
- Any adhoc duties assigned by supervisor
Qualification & Experiences
- 2-4 years of relevant experiences in project management / facilities management / A&A works etc.

Duties Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor:
- Collaborate with the commissioning team to inspect, test, and repair equipment as needed.
