We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Lead to drive end-to-end implementation and customization of Dynamics 365-based business solutions. This role involves leading a team of developers, designing scalable architecture, integrating third-party systems, and ensuring best practices in CRM delivery.
You will play a critical role in delivering enterprise-grade solutions across Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Power Platform modules — while also collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to align business goals with technical solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of Dynamics 365 CE solutions including model-driven apps, plugins, workflows, and Power Automate flows.
- Customize and configure Dynamics 365 for multiple modules (Sales, Field Service, Customer Service).
- Guide and mentor a team of developers and ensure code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with product owners and business analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions .
- Integrate CRM with external systems using Web APIs, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure Functions.
- Plan and manage solution deployment across development, UAT, and production environments using Azure DevOps .
- Design and implement data migration strategies using SSIS packages, console apps, and CRM data mapping.
- Ensure all technical documentation, version control, and solution management is up to date and maintained.
- Monitor and troubleshoot issues across environments, ensuring high availability and security compliance.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/D365 development, with at least 2 years in a technical lead role.
- Proven hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Field Service, Customer Service).
- Proficiency in .NET (C#, ASP.NET, Web API) and CRM scripting languages (JavaScript, jQuery).
- Strong expertise in Power Platform : Power Automate, Power Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Dataverse.
- Experience with Azure services like Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and API management.
- Solid understanding of CRM customizations , plugin development, workflows, and SSRS reporting.
- Experience managing deployments using Azure DevOps and source control tools (e.g., Git).
- Experience in data migration using tools like SSIS, custom console apps, or third-party connectors.
- Preferred certified in Power platform Consultant and Developer.
- Good to have Microsoft Functional Consultant Certified.
- Experience integrating third-party systems (e.g., payment gateways, ERP).
- Understanding of security roles, user management, and CRM performance optimization.
- Experience working in public sector or government projects is a plus.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong Agile/Scrum project delivery experience.

We are looking for an experienced Technical Delivery Manager – Dynamics 365 to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end technical delivery for Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects, with an excellent focus on solution architecture, development oversight, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical delivery of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
- Manage and mentor technical teams, driving accountability, coding standards, and best practices.
- Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and client stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

We are seeking an experienced and technically proficient Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central Developer to lead the development and integration efforts for a high-impact Security Management ERP Project. The ideal candidate will be a solution-oriented team player, capable of translating complex business requirements into stable, efficient ERP features while ensuring system security, compliance, and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy custom modules and enhancements in Dynamics NAV and Business Central to support security operations and ERP workflows.
- Architect and implement technical solutions based on functional specs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance standards.
- Develop Business Central Extensions using AL and legacy customizations using C/AL in Classic NAV environments.
- Build and maintain data integrations and two-way syncs between NAV/BC and external systems including CRM, RPA tools, and barcode scanners.
- Configure and consume SOAP and OData web services, along with JSON/XML exchanges for real-time integration with third-party applications.
- Implement dimension-based automation logic, workflow triggers, and business rule enforcement within NAV/BC.

- Deliver user training sessions, create documentation including SOPs and user manuals.
- Mentor and guide junior developers in best practices for AL/CAL development, coding standards, and solution architecture.

Requirements
- Min 10+ years of IT experience, with at least 8 years in Dynamics NAV (2009–2018) and Dynamics 365 Business Central development.
