Roles & Responsibilities

Basic up to $8000; base on experience

Working Hours: 5-day work; Office Hours

Work Location: Central Region

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support architectural design from concept to completion
  • Prepare construction and tender documentation
  • Coordinate with consultants, authorities, and internal teams
  • Manage authority submissions and support permit clearances
  • Participate in tender evaluations and provide technical input
  • Oversee site implementation: respond to RFIs, manage changes, and clarify design details
  • Monitor project timelines and support quality assurance
  • Attend meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Degree in Architecture (Master's is a plus)
  • At least 2 years of relevant post-grad experience
  • Strong portfolio across various project scales
  • Familiar with local codes, regulations, and submission workflows
  • Able to manage timelines and work independently
  • Strong team and communication skills

Position Overview
As a Business Strategy Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the growth and development of our strategy practice in Singapore. You will oversee the successful delivery of projects and cultivate strong client relationships both within Singapore and across the Southeast Asia region.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Drive lead generation through customer visits, industry events, seminars, networking, and whitepaper publishing
Conduct presales activities and develop proposals to secure project opportunities
Deliver compelling presentations to close contracts and win new business
Project Delivery:
Assemble and lead project teams in collaboration with ABeam Singapore, other SEA offices, and Japan HQ
Manage project teams to ensure quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) standards are met
Maintain and enhance client relationships, ensuring successful project outcomes
Provide hands-on consulting services, problem-solving, and delivering results
Apply ABeam Singapore’s methodologies for IT implementation projects and deliver solutions throughout the project lifecycle
Handle IT Strategy and Business Process Consulting projects, including IT Strategy & Planning, Business Process Optimization, and Large-Scale ERP Implementations
Team Building/ Talent Development:
Recruit and train strategy consultants in alignment with our business expansion plans
Mentor and coach team members in strategy consulting practices to enhance performance and development
Requirements:
Min. Degree in Business, Management or related field
Must have at least 7 years of experience in a strategy consulting firm or the strategy division of a major consulting company.
More than 3 years of experience as a Project Manager, specifically in delivering strategy consulting projects. Candidate with expertise in healthcare, manufacturing or retail industries will have a competitive advantage
Proven experience in Strategic Consulting with a focus on one or more of the following areas: Business Strategy, New Business Generation, Existing Business Transformation, Corporate Management and M&A
Knowledge in green transformation is a plus
Ability to build and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, industry influencers, and strategic partners
Confidence in communicating and presenting at a business level to clients with a multinational background
Experience in IT planning and implementation projects, particularly in SAP projects, as a Project Manager, PMO, or Change Management Lead is an added advantage
Skilled in supervising, motivating, and engaging team members effectively
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Demonstrated complex stakeholder management skills
Strong sense of ownership and accountability
Possess attributes such as creativity, sound judgment, curiosity, strong interpersonal skills, professional integrity, and initiative
Strong communication skills, both written and spoken in English
Good in MS PowerPoint

As an Admin executive, you play a crucial part in our team’s overall performance. Strong operational support allows our consultants to be able to focus on engaging their clients with their vision and problem-solving capabilities.


Responsibilities:


· Day-to-day administration including office management, travel arrangements, and company events for staff members

· Manage communication with all IT services, partners, and providers.

· Maintain proper filing of documents for internal and external documents

· Handle monthly utilities, supplier and staff payments for company and its related companies

· Lead the induction/orientation of onboarding staff as required (Issuing company property to new staff members) as well as offboarding requirements

· Plan and organize team bonding sessions & celebration of festivities

· Assist senior staff members in coordination with external vendors, fund administrators, partners etc.

· Other administrative and support assignment/duties as and when required


Requirements:

· Able to come to the office at Suntec city

· Min. Professional Diploma and above with at least 2 years of relevant work experience in similar roles

· Highly motivated and proactive

· Must be independent and able to multi-task

· Great attention to detail and team player

· Working experience at a Japanese company is a plus (not a must)


Others:

Salary: SGD 3,000-3,500 (depending on the experience)+1 month bonus

Medical benefits: Medical insurance (Cashless for GP, dental panel clinic), SP: up to $800/per policy year, Hospitalazation insurance

AL: 21days

MC: 14 days

Working hours: 9am-6pm (Working hours with some flexibility)
