CNC Operation & Programming : Operate and program 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machines to produce high-precision parts, ensuring that all components meet strict design and quality specifications. Utilize CAD/CAM software to create and optimize machining programs for complex parts.
Precision & Quality Control : Ensure the precision of every run by closely monitoring the machine's performance and making adjustments as needed. Conduct regular inspections to verify that parts meet required tolerances, and identify any discrepancies or defects during production.

Education : ITE Certificate in Engineering or a related technical field.
Experience : At least 1 year of experience operating CNC machines, including both 3-axis and 5-axis systems. Familiarity with high-precision machining and working in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment is highly preferred.
CNC Programming : Proficient in CAD/CAM programming, with a strong understanding of G-code and M-code. Experience using software like Mastercam, Fusion 360, or similar is an advantage.
